Hotel was old and a bit shabby, although somewhat renovated which helped the atmosphere; some areas looked a little dirty. The bedding and bathroom seemed clean though. One of our key cards wouldn't work but the other did so it wasn't a problem. Breakfast wasn't fancy, but we found it satisfactory and plentiful. We thought the coffee was good.

We stayed in the suite and we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was, but the decor is very outdated & some of the other guest seemed a little sketchy. Almost seemed like a shelter. I also didn't appreciate when i checked in tired & hungry that there wouldn't be any hot water in the morning.

Bad: Suspect people in the lobby going through the cabinets. Front desk staff dressed and behaving like they’re at home. Hotel room smelling like urine. Hair in towels. Good: Clean room (outside of the urine smell). Comfortable bed. Slept like a baby! Parking is great! Nice restaurants nearby. Continental breakfast was good.

DO NOT STAY HERE !! It is NOT SAFE. HOTEL has become a welfare residence. We booked a 4 night stay and barely slept. Upon arrival the smoke detectors were blasting, someone burned their clothes in the dryer. Both elevators were out of service, last 2x times we stayed the left elevator was also out of service. Guess they refuse to repair it. The room was below basic, with a door that didn't lock correctly, a window that also stayed apart, and a shower curtain that would roll down because the bar was bent. We asked for another room, but was told they were full and the only other room was on top floor. We checked out the next day and relocated to the SpringHill suites down the road.

Elevators not working and for some reason they cannot get anyone to come in for 4 days or so. That’s ridiculous. When you have knee issues and you need to have a working elevator in your hotel I don’t think is too much to ask.
