This property is worn out! The tv in the main room didn’t work. There weren't any washcloths and only one hand towel. This place should rent for $80/nt like a Clarion.

Our room had mold all around and under the sink. Stains on the bedding and walls. The kitchen counter, appliances and cupboards were filthy and 1 chair for the kitchen table total. We have a 8 year old daughter with celiac disease( the reason for a room with kitchen and appliances to be able to keep her gluten free and healthy) we purchased a bunch of Gluten free foods for her to enjoy and the ant infestation ruined all the food we had. When we let the staff know about the ants, they told us that they would take care of the ants while we were gone for the day. We had no options for another hotel at this point and weren't going to ruin our entire last day so we left the hotel at 0930 in the morning. When we returned to our room at 1130pm we found the door open and not only was it left open but the cupboards were still crawling with ants. We couldn't find anything missing from them leaving our door open for the day but will inform you if we do. I've already asked twice to be followed up with by the manager and still nothing. They did go out of their way to send me a bill for parking. The great team and service will have me go out of my way to never stay under the Hilton name. Great job guys. Respectfully, Dylan Snow

The only thing I did not like about the property was that they did not offer a shuttle back-and-forth to Disneyland. Neither could the front desk attendant tell me which bus to take

Housekeeping was questionable, couldn’t get the right size sheets for our bed, no blankets or enough pillows for awful pullout bed. Food in our room went missing

Close to Disneyland and right on the ART trabsportaion line. Staff waa excellent. Got us in early. Very polite. Property and room was dated. Phones didnt work, shower leaked. Other than that it was great.

Stayed for a week. Staff was fantastic at breakfast time. Good hot breakfast for the kids. Perfect location if you’re heading to Disneyland. Room needs an update but it’s not a reason not to stay. Great value for my money.

Arrived to hotel with no greeting from staff. Assigned a room on 3rd floor and was met with a stench of rotten fish that was thick in the air. We requested a new room, and that room smelt like someone chained smoked in it. Shower floor was creaky and felt like you could fall through. The main elevator was broken our whole stay. Whole hotel is humid and muggy. Wet towels in the main lobby apparently catching a leak that hasn’t been fixed? Would never recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel, and we will never be staying again. Disneyland Resort needs to take them off their “good neighbor list”.

It was nice because our room was all the way at the end, so there was not a ton of traffic due to the elevator at that end being out of service. The elevator was a bit of a bummer considering we were on the 6th floor and had to walk the length of the hotel both ways, to get to the lobby/breakfast or take 6 floors of stairs. We had neighbors who I think we could hear through the vents one night and it was so loud that we could hear every word they said, until they finally went to bed. I have stayed at this hotel before and will definitely stay again. This time was just a little funky.

Unpleasant Stay: Elevator Woes, Unclean Tub,…………
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The elevator was out of order, forcing my family to climb stairs. The tub was unclean, mattresses were uncomfortable and noisy, and the pillows were small and uncomfortable. Despite my concerns, the receptionist couldn't change our room, resulting in an overall frustrating experience. One star.

Run down in need of repairs
Maintenance on this location is really lacking. Checked in and was informed the elevator was down for 3 weeks. Checked into our room noticed the toilet would not flush, bathroom fan didn't work, ceiling had a big ugly patch from a leak. Big red stain in the carpet. So I let the front desk know and they were very friendly ensuring they would send someone up. But none of this was fixed the duration of our stay. I took the lid off the tank on the toilet so my family could flush the toilet. I can tolerate alot if the price is good. But we wont stay here again. There are plenty of other nearby options at comparable pricing.

Above and beyond customer service
While my trip did start with some confusion with the hotel they made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Great service and employees went above and beyond.

Rough hotel
Charged me twice and couldnt reverse it. Toilet didnt work half the time. Elevator not working properly duct tape holding display. No clean towels both days saying being washed. Not a great place.

Great place for families
This is our go to hotel with our family for Disneyland. The rooms are spacious plus we can cook in them if need be. You can’t beat the free breakfast in the mornings plus the heated pool is a bonus.

Five night stay
Stayed for five nights two adults three kids 2,8,11. Was nice the bedrooms were big with two closets. Took about 8 minutes to get to Disney driving. But there is a bus that takes you there. Breakfast was nice muffins waffles potatoes sausage bacon toast bagels coffee juice and lots of condiments. Hot coco packets. Overall nice stay with free breakfast and getting to cook in the hotel and take breaks in the middle of the day from Disney. I’d stay again with my family. Budget friendly

Disneyland Birthday for xmas
This hotel is very well worn by families & rooms need a serious makeover. The front desk girl did everything she could to make us happy. The location to Disneyland and shuttle are the pluses. Lobby & breakfast were fine. The first room we had to turnaround and leave as smelled like it had been wet & moldy. The 2nd room was nice size but did not meet the Homewood suites standards we are used esp after just leaving a brand new one in San Diego downtown. When we pulled out the couch you could not even consider it a mattress as all springs. We had to pile cushions on it for my adult daughter to sleep on. I reported but it was never changed out so she slept 3 nights on cushions for xmas. The manager did give me a discount on 1 night stay. The cabinets were also beat up & dirty carpet.

Comfortable room in a great location!
Room had all the space we needed for our extended stay! And the hot breakfast every morning was a definite perk. Plus, the Target shopping center across the street and plenty of restaurants to choose from made things extra easy. An ideal location!
