After going over your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following: - Thank you for the review of our home away from home. - I have never had this problem before with neighbors' dogs or has any other guests that I'm aware of. - I provide my contact information multiple times throughout the property, and I wish you would have reached out with any of your concerns. - While the dogs are out of my control, I could have tried to help. You can also always call the local sheriff if you don't feel safe. - I have lots of back stock in the closet if you ever run out of toilet paper or something of a necessity. I could have given you access to get more if I had known you ran out. - While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. We were disappointed when the pet fee was not paid, and the cleaner let me know the check-out instructions were not completed. The owner is committed to making every guest experience enjoyable, and we look forward to this home hosting many happy travelers!
