Deze lijst is voor appartement # 1. Condos 1 en 4 bevinden zich op de begane grond die een schaduwrijke betonnen patio delen, condos 2 en 3 bevinden zich op de tweede verdieping die een dek delen, alle vier met uitzicht op de Yellowstone River. Elk appartement is uitgerust met tuinmeubilair en een BBQ-grill.

Dit betaalbare basiskamp is de perfecte accommodatie voor 2 koppels, een klein gezin of 4 vrienden om Yellowstone National Park en het zuidwesten van Montana te verkennen. Wij zijn gunstig gelegen op 10 minuten ten noorden van Yellowstone National Park, vlak bij snelweg 89 en direct aan de Yellowstone River. Bizons zijn gemakkelijk zichtbaar over de snelweg op het land van de eigenaar, een historische boerderij in Montana sinds 1908. 2 minuten verder op de weg zijn geweldige wandelpaden op de beroemde OTO Ranch-richtingen beschikbaar in de gastenboeken van het appartement.

Geniet van wat rust en stilte na een lange dag varen door Yellowstone, wandelen naar de top van een berg of vliegvissen op forel in een driftboot. Ontsnap aan de drukte en geniet van rustige avonden op het dek of op de patio, starend naar de rivier of star starend met nul lichtvervuiling. Nieuw 2019 is Yellowstone Hot Springs, halverwege tussen de noordelijke ingang van Yellowstone en de appartementen, op slechts vijf minuten van de appartementen. 4.000 vierkante voet minerale hete stroom door bronnen met 104 graden hete baden en koele 67-70 graden koude dompelbaden.

Alle vier vakantie condos zijn zorgvuldig ontworpen met dezelfde lay-out. De volledig gevulde keuken bevat een standaard koelkast / vriezer, oven, fornuis, magnetron, vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat, potten en pannen, bestek, servies, glazen, basiskruiden en meer. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt om thuis maaltijden te bereiden!

De woonkamer is gezellig met uitzicht op de bergen, uitzicht op de rivier de Yellowstone vanuit de keuken. We hebben voldoende zitplaatsen om te ontspannen voor een smart-tv met groot scherm en lampen voor loungen en lezen. Snelle WiFi is beschikbaar om in te loggen bij uw favoriete streaming-apps.

Beide slaapkamers zijn uitgerust met twee XL eenpersoonsbedden, nachtkastjes en lampen. Afhankelijk van de voorkeur van de gast kunnen we in elke kamer een kingsize bed of twee XL-eenpersoonsbedden maken. Geweldig voor een of twee koppels of vier vrienden. Beide slaapkamers hebben kasten en uitzicht op de rivier. Laat Tanya weten hoe je de slaapkamers voor aankomst wilt regelen. We hebben in 2018 alle nieuwe beddengoed en handdoeken gekocht.

Een ruime wasruimte met een wasmachine en droger verlicht de pijn van het inpakken. Er is extra ruimte voor spullenopslag, eten en drinken.

Gratis / off-straat parkeren voor het gebouw met veel ruimte voor een boot, kleine trailer en RV's welkom. Geen RV-aansluitingen, alleen parkeren. Geen AWD of 4WD nodig.

Nice views of the country side and river

10-12 minutes from Gardiner and Yellowstone entrance, no stop lights. The unit was exactly as advertised. The managing agent and owner were great, communicated extremely well.

First time at Yellowstone

Great place to recharge after busy days exploring Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. Love sitting outside listening to the Yellowstone River after we would get back. Über close to the north entrance, maybe two cars ahead of us daily. Condo had most everything we needed. Very comfortable bed! Thanks Tanya for being a gracious host.

Exactly as we had hoped

This spacious condo has everything we had hoped for to be comfortable during our stay. Just outside of town and yet minutes from everything! The views were stunning and the wildlife on the way didn't disappoint. We would absolutely stay again. One note if you're not accustom to apt style living and therefore noise from above, chose an upper level. It's not unreasonable but you will hear some movement from the upper level condo. The noise didn't bother us as neighbors were kind and reasonable, plus we were there for the activities and views.

Very clean! Owner was very responsive to our needs and any issues we had! We stayed in unit #1 of the 4 plex. Everything you needed was there. Only issue I had was no a/c in the bedrooms and it was warm when we were there. Overall we had a great time! Enjoyed Gardiner and next door to Yellowstone!

Great Location!

Property was exactly has listed. Inside is very roomy, with everything in good working order. The outdoor setting is just amazing, you can have breakfast on the river with the cow Elk nursing their fawns on the far side and watch the sun set down the Yellowstone valley at the end of your day. Could use an outside firepit and an access down to the riverbank. (Fisherman, take note) We had issues checking in because I did not download all the information required to my phone before going out. MY FAULT. There is ZERO cell bars out there! Had to drive back to Gardiner to get the info and back out. Downgraded it overall because we had a downstairs unit. There is just too much noise from the upstairs guests. You hear every step, and everything dragged across the floor. Not so much voices, but it is noisy. If we came back, we would only do so if we could book an upstairs unit.

Amazing!

I am so glad we didn't cancel our trip after the devastating flood. Our family had so much fun exploring the area around Gardiner and making memories. Our condo was more than we expected. Very clean and comfortable. We will for sure be back next year and years to come.

Fantastic place

The entire process from reserving to checkout was great. The property is about 10 miles from the north gate of Yellowstone National Park, the drive to and from is also a pretty drive. The actual property is fantastic, very clean , great beds and pillows and a fully stocked kitchen to cook any type of meal you would want. We found this very important since the eating locations in Gardiner were crazy expensive and flavorless. The location has drip style coffee pot, insta pot and a gas grill on the back porch. We will definitely stay here again when the north end of Yellowstone opens again. Tanya the property manager was quick to answer any of my questions and respond to minor adjustments we had with our reservations.

Beautiful Location

We had a great stay at the condo. The outdoor space with riverfront was amazing with the seating areas above and below. We also enjoyed using the grill. We had everything we needed in the space and it was clean and spacious. It's about 10 minutes from the Town of Gardiner and Yellowstone but we saw different animals on the drive every day so it was worth it!! We're recommending to friends that also want to go. The one little thing was that we weren't instructed that the dump was closed on Sunday so when we packed up and left and then the dump was closed we were left with a bag of trash in our car and had to find a place in town to get rid of it.

We had a great stay. Just a few things the unit needed. More hand towels and wash clothes. Only one of each. Having to drop the trash off put us off a little. We had to drive 9 miles each way in the opposite direction we were going. Other than that we had a great stay.

River views galore

Generally the stay was amazing. Super close to Yellowstone park. The condo was nice and clean and the views cannot be beat. A few minor complaints. The coffee pot basically didn’t work. We had a difficult time finding out where yo take our trash and was not happy we had to load up our car to take our own trash to some dumpster on the way out I get there is no trash service but considering they charge a hefty cleaning fee you would think the owners would just include trash service. But overall would recommend the place. Oh and no central a c. Just fans and open windows. Which being on the bottom floor where people walk by at night was a little noisy

Almost perfect, but....

Property exceeded expectations on all fronts but since we were in a unit on the lower floor, we heard every foot step in the unit above us at 5:00 am. Also, with no cell service, you are dependent on wifi, which unfortunately went down the morning of an important work call.

We stayed a week end of June 2021. This place was great. We had a nice relaxing week at Yellowstone. The river is in the back yard! The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Rural setting

We loved the property, beautiful views, cleanliness. We were surprised when we arrived and were told we had to drive our trash to the dump station. The directions to the dump were not clear, please add some details. It was not stated, as well, that the station was closed at certain times. Other than the trash; this is a great location for Yellowstone and other day trips.
