From the covered and furnished terrace you can enjoy a partial view of the lake, in the distance you can see Mount Baldo, the flat allows you to walk to the Vittoriale and in 5 minutes by car to get to the beaches and the lakeside of Gardone Rivera, it is also an excellent starting point for lovers of walking and hiking.

The flat, with independent entrance, is situated on the first floor reachable by stairs, you enter directly from the bright living room with double sofa bed, on the hallway there is a fully equipped kitchen (complete with coffee machine, kettle, toaster), spacious double bedroom, bathroom with shower and corner with washing machine.
At guests' disposal there is a private garage for small/medium-sized cars, a shared swimming pool, sunbeds and a shared relaxation area, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels.

The flat is ideal for couples or small families who want to enjoy the tranquillity of the area and the charm of Lake Garda. It can be used in both the summer and winter seasons as it has independent heating.
The use of the swimming pool is seasonal, normally from 15/05 to 30/09.
