This exclusive loft on the top floor of an apartment building in Garmisch-Partenkirchen offers the ultimate in comfort for up to 4 guests, with a stunning view of Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the surrounding mountains.

Spanning approximately 140 m², this apartment has everything you need for a dream vacation. The spacious and modern living area, featuring a cozy sofa nook, recliner, and smart TV, along with a stylish dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen, invites you to cook, enjoy, and relax together. Large windows provide plenty of light and an impressive view. The two bedrooms facing the forest, each with a balcony (one with a double bed and walk-in closet, the other with two single beds and a desk), guarantee a restful night’s sleep. You can also unwind in the two modern bathrooms as well as in your private sauna (sauna towels are provided) with colored lighting and an unobstructed view of the mountain sky. From the large south-facing balcony, you can enjoy a direct view of the entire Alpine panorama, stretching from the Wank and the Karwendel Mountains all the way to the Zugspitze!

The apartment also features underfloor heating, a refrigerator, a washer-dryer, a vacuum cleaner, and an ironing board and iron. A wide selection of books and games is also available. We are happy to provide a baby crib upon request.

Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Located in the Garmisch district, this is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities in every season: long walks, hikes, and mountain bike tours during the warmer months, as well as endless skiing and snowboarding fun in the winter. A cross-country ski trail is located nearby, and the "Garmisch Classic" and "Zugspitze" ski areas attract visitors with their varied slopes and unique scenery.

The pedestrian zone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen features various shopping options, the tourist information office, the spa gardens, the casino, theaters, and much more. The historic Ludwigstraße in the Partenkirchen district, the Olympic Ski Stadium, and the Partnach Gorge are also worth a visit in every season. A wide variety of restaurants are available for your culinary enjoyment during your vacation.
