'Great Stay, quite tranquil'

'I booked a small single room which was perrfectly adequate for my needs. The wifi was challenging, but the reception worked on it and got it to work for me. Very friendly and helpful staff, the food was good, and they were open to fix us something not on the menu. Its located off the main road outside of the town center, but is still a walkable distance from the business centers. '

'it is a good stop over to volcano national park. about 20 mins drive. the property is okay. it was well kept. the room was gorgeous but the mattress was terrible. it is hard and gave me backache. the breakfast can be made better. the staff is nice. '

'The property is well maintained and conveniently located just a short walk from the Musanze bus terminal. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The food prepared by the guest house cook was excellent! Our only concern was the lack of hot water in the shower, but that may have been due to the fact that we didn't know to plug in the water heater.'

'Very friendly and helpful staff with a restaurant on-site and the historic hotel/hangout across the street. A bit far from the national park. No fan, AC or mosquito net in room. Luckily, I didn't need the latter. A bit worn around the edges, but relatively comfortable. '

'Fatima hotel is a average plave to stay, but it is value for money. Specially if you compare the resorts in the area...Fqtima has a great pool area with a nice bar in cottage style. Rooms are fine, however check before staying. Some rooms have some minor issues, but then again: this is Africa after all...'
