'The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The only things missing were that the room did not have a safe in it and the temperature in the room was cold it was hard to adjust the temperature. Overall great hotel and experience I would stay here again.'

'Clean room'

'Check-in was quick and easy, but unfortunately we found roaches crawling on the table in our first room. We informed the front desk, and the employee handled it professionally by checking the room and quickly moving us to another one. The second room was cleaner and we did not see any bugs, although there were still some maintenance issues like stained sheets and damage to the walls. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the hotel definitely needs better upkeep and pest control.'

'Air conditioning was alright beds are firm. Property is kinda ran down we had ants crawling on our windowsill looked like someone had tried to repair sill didn't do a good job. Front desk not very welcoming same person was there in morning still not friendly. Would not stay again. '

'Room was clean but since there was a floor by floor remodel going on things were out of sorts. Breakfast was lacking and seemed to be cooked in a maintenance room connected to the dining room. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. My room had many small things that still had to be accomplished in order to be considered remodeled, a little unprofessional. Please check the bathroom fans to make sure they are working, mine wasn't so it steamed up the entire room.'

'The chairs in the dining area looked worn and ragged. A new pot of coffee took 30 minutes to get refilled. Most of the staff were very nice. We felt everything was clean. The pool room was hot, and the water was cold, not heated. There wasn’t any body wash, only small bars. The room was nice. I guess I expected a bit more from Comfort Inn. I’m not sure I’d stay at that hotel again. Maybe?'

'We arrived really late but we were able to Check in without any issues our reservation remained in tact. The hotel was clean and met our needs.'

'This place is so disgustingly unclean and unkept. Its actually surprising they are in Business. Not only was the room so disgusting that is was unable to be slept in but when the staff was confronted about the state of the room, they were rude and denied it. Of course, we tried to get our money back and stay somewhere else but according to policy we would not recieve a refund or even a "I'm sorry". Still, had to lose that noney and go get a different hotel. Sketchy people all over the parking...

'Easy parking, delightful front desk staff, nice room. We were there a short time due to catching an early morning flight but were impressed with everything we encountered.'

'We stayed at this hotel because it promised a hotel shuttle, but we didn’t realize that had to be booked 24 hours in advance so…in effect there is no hotel shuttle. It is an old hotel and not maintained to courtyard standards. Although our room was clean, there was a sour smell in it that made it hard to sleep.'
