Family Reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was nice overall-however there were a lot of cobwebs on the beams over the beds which made us uncomfortable. There were also a lot of cobwebs around the outside bannisters which prohibited us from leaning on them-overall all the cabins need a good spraying down on the outside as my family had a total of 5 cabins.Refrigerator took an entire day to actually get cold. The overall cabin was clean-we saw a couple of bears on the property which was scary so that sort of ruined our day. Probably will not be returning in the future.

Troop 490 summer Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although at the lst minute I was unable to be part of the Group/Troop I inquired about the Serenity and Grin & Bear It Lodge, they were very pleased with both. The only feedback was that the shower/tub water valves leaked. Several attempts bu maintenance was sent out to address but wasn't successful. No big problem...One Positive Comment was expressed that they had ant problem and y'all took care of it although it was around 11:00pm and even left can of repellent in case it would be needed.Serenity group did good, except they mentioned something about a wall receptacle plate broken and it was found that way upon arrival. All said, they were very well pleased and enjoyed their stay in both Lodges.

Fabulous

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is gorgeous, clean and just as described. We followed our GPS and it took us on some backroads in but once we explored we found our way around and the easier way in and out. We had a bear come through nightly. This place is secluded but close enough to everything. This was our first time visiting the area and we will be back.
