Een handtekening Heritage Log Home plan, dit waar houten huis beschikt over 3 slaapkamers, home theater kamer met theater screen 8 voet en 3 volledige baden - waaronder een jacuzzi in de master. Gas Grill, Hot Tub, en 2 decks. Geniet van de familie kamer met gewelfde plafonds, centrum open haard en vaste glas of ontspannen in het hok zitten en leeshoek. 10 personen. Diervriendelijk, breng Fido!



Een volledig uitgeruste keuken met aangrenzende eethoek is inbegrepen voor u en uw groep te genieten in de cabine maaltijden. Als hij niet in de cabine bent u slechts 2 minuten naar de Arts and Crafts gemeenschap en slechts 12 minuten verwijderd van zowel Dollywood en de Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

Cabin was very clean. Hot tub was also very clean. Had an issue with the fire put but property management was very quick to respond and fixed the issue. We liked that the grill was plumbed for gas as well. Made it much easier than dealing with LP or charcoal.

Overall, Elk Springs communicated very well and I was pleased with the cabin. They kept me up to date and with the information we needed. The views were not as good as the pics due to the foliage growing over. Cabin was great though for the family. Only issue we had was the freezer door was left open, not a big deal. I dumped the ice and everything worked perfectly.

Silvercreek, Blackjack, and Mountain Laurel. They were all in close proximity... so everyone was able to go back and forth. We had a spectacular time. Close to all of the local attractions, nearby grocery stores. From working with their reservation department making recommendations to best accommodate our group, to staff calling during our stay to ensure our satisfaction, to offering to ship left items after departure. I would highly recommend using this resort as they truly collaborate with you to make your customer experience their priority.

We had a question about the home theater and within minutes maintenance was there to guide us. The cabin was super clean. We will definitely book with them again.

Only complaint was we weee notified 2 hours after we checked in that the tub in master bathroom did not work and we should not use it. And the f your kids have allergies to pets bring medicine. Cabins are pet friendly and my son had a bad allergic reaction to the pet hair all over the couch on main floor.

It was an easy drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Smokey Mountains. We enjoyed it so much, we looked to book over Christmas but it was already full 😢. If I had to identify one complaint, it was that there was not a treadmill (a few of the pictures showed one). While this wasn’t a huge issue as we were able to run around the resorts, my cross county running kids would have appreciated it.
