2 good things. balcony view and mattress. many bad things. poor quality upgrade(trim work). bad room functionality. no table and chairs. wrong overstuffed chairs(no arms). only way to watch TV is lying in bed. sink faucet dispenses water 1/2" from back of sink bowl. water saving toilet flush causes at least 2 flushes. elevator looks and works sketchy. food at breakfast is horrible. staff is indifferent(I ask a question of 3 different people, no answer). would not give me a receipt of final expenses.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Ok breakfast to get you started for the day. Loved the creek running below the balconies. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk person was not very friendly or helpful. The property itself is very nice. Best view you could ask for! Rooms were nice and clean. Parking is a pain as there is not a lot of room around the hotel. I would stay here again.

The LOUDEST motel you will ever stay in. The room is very close to the street so you will listen to cars and motorcycles revving up their engines all night. When that stopped the ambulance and police sirens were going off. The front desk lady really knew how to make us feel unwelcome. Looking at us like we were bothering her for checking in. Besides that the room was decent. The beds felt like concrete but it was clean enough. Won’t stay here again.

What a great view from the balcony. A cold rushing river of water flowing over the rocks just below your rear window. Great mountain sights and sounds. The room was very clean and kept that way. There was free covered parking. In the morning there was a real, hot breakfast with bacon, eggs, toast, etc. The internet worked fine. This place is a great value and I highly recommend it.

Front desk was friendly. Had no problems with check in/out. Room smelled a bit like wet clothes but we kept the patio door open most of the times. We found lots of hair strands everywhere; in drawers, in tub, on floor, etc. Nice enough place.

It was easy to find. I did not like that the neighbors on the other side of the adjoining door were noisy and obnoxious at all hours of the day and night. Their kids banged on the adjoining door and yelled through the crack early and late at night. The adults smoked heavily in their nonsmoking room. We had to put towels under the door to keep some of the smoke out of our room.

This is a motel style facility, not a hotel, which is not clear in the photos. It is an older building, but you can tell they have invested in updating and remodeling the rooms. Included breakfast was nice, my daughter loved the waffle makers. The rooms are small, but clean. The cleaning staff were on top of their game, and cleaned our room daily which was much appreciated. The balcony overlooking the river is nice. Only downside was the pool was out of order during our stay. Overall a good experience.

Rooms over River were nice but needed deep cleaning. Location is not what it seems. Road noise is TERRIBLE all night. Staff was not overly friendly. Location was quite a walk except for Hillbilly Golf. Parking is very bad. There is underground parking but very poorly lit and didn’t feel safe.

The aspect you need to know about this property is that it sits RIGHT ON the main drag in Gatlinburg. The road/traffic noise is HORRENDOUS!! The hotel is within walking distance to downtown. The property has been updated and the room was nice. The bed was way too firm for my liking. The pillows are about the size of postage stamps and lacking a decent fill. The room was very clean. The front desk staff seemed a bit like robots; going through the motions of check-in and check-out without much interest in the person standing in front of them.

Too close to highway. Very noisy. Difficult to sleep. I had to buy earplugs. The tile needs to be washed. My whites socks were disgusting after walking on the floor for a short time. And better quality pillows would be awesone.

I do not usually leave reviews, but this was a terrible experience. We booked a 2 night stay and left after one and paid for another hotel in town. The pictures look very nice, but do not accurately represent the place. This is a motel, I did not realize from the photos. It is right next to a busy street and the sound of the cars was loud all day/night. The staff were rude, the building itself was a run down motel, I would definitely not recommend. The second night we stayed in Fairfield by Marriott and it was a nice, standard hotel. If you are considering booking here, choose somewhere else.
