Honest review because the rest have been a lie. Day 1 we had to clean what should have already been cleaned. Hair was in the refrigerator- we had to clean it out. There were cob webs over the stove that we had to clean so we could cook. Dust was all over the hood of the stove. Dust was everywhere whomever the cleaner is isn’t doing a good job. I dropped the extra roll of toilet paper and when I picked it up there were dust balls on it. The corners of the rooms had dead spiders and cob webs. The windows on the inside were dirty.We were unable to use the fire pit until the last night because it didn’t have propane in it. Sheets that are in the cube ottoman’s in the living room is dirty never washed. Host-In the beginning was great. I spoke with Vicky through text and let her know it was my dad’s 60th birthday and if they could possibly write a welcome note and saying happy birthday and they did that he loved that. However when I contacted Vicky the next day and voiced out complaints about the situation she said well yall can find another place and we will refund yall. However we had already unpacked cleaned what should have been cleaned and made the best of it. Vicky also asker if we wanted the cleaners to come and we said yes. They never showed that Friday. I advised Vicky that due to us unable to locate something last minute we would stay but would like a partial refund. Next day they sent us a bogus message about feeling like our complaints didn’t warrant a refund of any.
