Property is great! Perfect for a large family or group coming to town for sports. We found the coffee pot not working and the rental company replaced it with a brand new one within a few hours! Would most definitely return!

Everything was great except the parking arrangement for that particular cabin was a little tight but we had 3 vehicles and we made it work.

Great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent service and response! The only problem was the ice and snow (which made it scary and dangerous) for us old folks! That wasn't any fault of theirs and they responded quickly to put salt down

Better than Original

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the unfortunate circumstance where our original cabin, that we rented, was pulled from inventory 2 weeks before our son's wedding. This cabin was the replacement cabin and was better than the original one rented. The location was a little farther away from the venue, but very close to all attractions. Very quiet area. Good privacy for bedrooms and lots of bathrooms attached. Would recommend for families staying together.

Beautiful setting in the Smokies

The accommodations were well suited for our large family. The cabin was located in good proximity of downtown Gatlinburg and many other attractions. Was disappointed that the arcade system wasn’t working and it took two maintenance calls to get the home theatre up and running. Our calls were responded to quickly and everyone was friendly and helpful and an adjustment was made due to the issues we had. Overall, our family had a great time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the cabin was very nice. Only problems was the high number of Japanese beetles inside the house, they were everywhere. Also the big game machine was hard to understand and didn't work on some games. We loved the theater room. If these problems are addressed it would be a perfect place to stay.

Honest Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was overall very nice, and the cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only downside was that since we stayed during Christmas, there was no Christmas tree or holiday décor in the cabin. It would have been really nice if this had been offered as an option during the holiday season, as it would have added to the experience.Another concern was the check-in and check-out times. I never quite understood the late check-in and early check-out policy. Ideally, the times should align better, or if the cabin is already ready, guests should be allowed to check in earlier. Some travelers prefer not to wait until the last minute to reach their destination, especially when traveling long distances.Aside from these points, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the overall comfort of the cabin.

Check other places - not well maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Elk Springs was very disappointing. Upon arrival, beds and couches were covered in crumbs. We were told it would be cleaned the next day, however housekeeping did not fully clean the couch and did not replace the bedding, rather left it for me to replace. Since we had checked in late, we weren't able to see the cabin in the light of day until the next morning. It was filthy. Crumbs everywhere, gunk on floors, dirty cabinets, mold in the cabinet with pots and pans, etc. The arcade game did not work properly and needed to be reset throughout the stay, even then with limited functionality. The theater technology is very outdated. There were ants everywhere. Stay elsewhere.

Nice stay

The cabin housed 14 people beautifully. We did have an issue with the upstairs A/C but the management company was very responsive and had it fixed two ours after we arrived. The cabin can use a little updating or finishing touches; dishwasher missing a part to the handle that locks the door; toilet seats are old and worn; broken chair at the kitchen island. Nothing major. Setting is perfect and beautiful. Never could get the arcade to work but we enjoyed pool and foosball (although the foosball table needs attention. We wish we would have known to bring our own DVD's for the theater room. But, all that being said, it was a very nice place to stay for two nights. We had 8 adults and 6 kids ages 2-10.

THE WORSE CABIN RENTAL EVER. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Worse vacation I’ve ever planned. When my group arrived the cabin was very dirty. I explained to the management company that no one had come to clean the cabin since the last guest check out. There were dishes in the sink, dirty towels in the floor, none of the beds had been changed. The most disgusting finding was a bag of poop in the bathroom. I was told housekeeping would be by the next day and no one ever came. They don’t want to refund my money and the cabin was absolutely nasty. Don’t rent through this property management complaint. I wish I could leave pictures with this review. Absolutely the worse experience ever!
