Beautiful cabin, partial views of mountain, comfortable beds. Pool was ice cold, informed management a couple of times and said pool was "probably filled with additional water earlier which will make it colder and to report the temperature which was 73. Their reply was pool company made a repair to heater and temp will be back up in a couple of hours. The next day the temp was the same so I again reported it. We rent cabins every year for our vacation and this is the first time with an inground pool so we were excited to use it! They did send someone out at 2 pm who quickly scanned the unit outside and said something about a fuse and left. Management stated they have to wait until the next day to get a fuse? Which is our last day. Pool guy did return with his 3 year old son, lunch and sat at the side of the house for 30 min then left with no communication. I had to reach out to management again that several hours later the pool temp was same. Was informed that heater was not fixable and a manager will be calling. No call, no further communication. Either get a NEW POOL company or STOP ADVERTIZING POOL AS HEATED!Also just some suggestions for any future guests that may stay: Add grilling tools such as a spatulas for grilling, possible soft pillows and warm throw for the couches The app does NOT have the pool security # listed like you suggested. You may think of adding it or continue to receive text asking. Of course from those that like to swim in frigid water.
