The Neighborhood:
This cabin is tucked into Chalet Village—a well-established and scenic community in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Known for its mountain roads and wooded privacy, Chalet Village provides quick access to downtown Gatlinburg (about 15 minutes by car), yet feels like a peaceful retreat. The roads are paved and city-maintained, but the terrain is steep in areas and surrounded by beautiful natural growth and large trees.

Getting Around:
The cabin is accessed via paved, city-maintained roads. Due to the steep terrain common in the Ski Mountain area of Gatlinburg, we strongly recommend 4x4 wheel drive for safe travel—especially during rain, snow, or leaf season.

Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin
• Sleeps a maximum of 6 guests
• 3 parking spaces available in the paved driveway
• Fireplace is wood-burning—bring your own firewood
• Coffee maker is standard drip—bring your favorite coffee grounds
• Charcoal grill on-site—please bring charcoal and lighter
• This cabin is in the Ski Mountain area and surrounded by natural forest—be prepared for possible wildlife sightings
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
