Enjoy the newly renovated, mid level apartment, featuring a queen size bed, fireplace , kitchenette, with a toaster oven, a Ninja air fryer, microwave oven, a keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. There is also parking, thats close to the unit. There are no steps only a cement walkway that leafs to the porch and front door.There is a sitting area on deck and shared courtyard with fire pit. And Gas grill. We are Located in Gatlinburg’s Arts & Crafts Community and only 10 min to downtown Gatlinburg,(3.8 miles )and only 15 min to Pigeon forge,. Dollywood and great shopping ! Things to note, we have 2 rescue dogs on the property. We try and keep them inside or on the porch but they love to greet our guests . We have bears year round, and thankfully the dogs keep them at bay . We have other rentals on the property, all spaced far enough apart for privacy. we just like to let people know in case they want to book more than one for multiple couples' vacation or other events.. And my wife and i will Usually make cookies or some sweet treats for our guests. If it’s privacy you desire that’s fine too. Check in with code and come and go anytime..
