🛏 Bedroom 1: King en-suite with full bathroom (sleeps 2). Jacuzzi tub in the main bedroom. Large 55" smart TV in room and electric fire place.
🛏 Game room/bedroom combo: 2 Full beds (each bed sleeps 2). Each bed has a 40" smart TV.

KITCHEN AND DINING
✔ Make yourself at home and please utilize all the kitchen appliances (stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge) to fix yourself a hearty meal.
✔ All types of cookware and utensils, including insta-pot, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, and utensils, are thoughtfully provided to ensure you’re well prepared for any recipes.
✔ Start your morning with a fresh brew from our drip coffee maker (ground coffee, sugar, creamer, and tea provided).
✔ Spacious dining table seats 6 comfortably, additional high chair provided for the little one that tags along.

AMENITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT
✔ Keep your packing light as we provide paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry pods, and many more essential toiletries.
✔ Staying for a couple of days and need to keep your clothes fresh? Help yourself to our in-unit washer and dryer and iron and ironing board, all available for your convenience.
✔ Fresh bath and bed linens are provided, including hot tub towels!

***Kid friendly: Got kids? We do too! Child-friendly items (pack and play, high chair, plastic plates, and utensils, etc.) have been provided. Note that while the property is kid friendly it is not necessarily child-proof.

***Pet friendly: Dogs are subject to host approval and require a $150 pet fee per pet to cover additional cleaning costs. Dogs are not allowed on the beds, other furniture or the hot tub and must be crated if left alone in the house.

***You will likely see and hear critters

***Bugs (ants, millipedes, bees, and other insects) may be present even inside the cabin. Our cabin is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company on a monthly basis. Being in the heart of the national park can create its challenges with insects. We do not allow refunds for the presence of these type of insects so please consider that as you decide if this property is right for you.

***Bears frequent the area and they are dangerous.

***The hot tub is a great place to relax. Children must be supervised by an adult while using the hot tub. Pets are NOT allowed in the hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

***As a guest here, you have access to the resort pools during open season, as well as the fitness center.

***You are just minutes from local grocery stores, coffee shops, and downtown Gatlinburg.

GUEST ACCESS:

When you stay in this beautiful mountain home, you have the whole space to yourself. You can use all of the rooms and amenities, including the washer and dryer, WiFi, and bathroom essentials. There is plenty of parking on-site and you’ll be given a key code for easy and secure entry into the home.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

We have security surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property. Tampering with the security cameras will incur a fine of $500.

Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly home. Dogs must be house trained and clean. Dogs are not allowed on the beds, other furniture or the hot tub and must be crated if left alone in the house. No other pets are allowed unless previously agreed to by the host. Each dog, will be $150 each.

Please note that we do not provide charcoal, ice or filtered water for drinking.

WINTER DRIVING

Please be mindful that you are renting a cabin in the mountains and use caution when driving in the winter. The roads leading up to this cabin are relatively flat and not curvy. These are city roads, so we cannot guarantee any road surface conditions. No changes or refunds are given due to fear of heights or roads.

We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions; therefore, we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather events that would make roads impassable to vehicles.

NOTE:
Please be aware that while we ensure that all furniture is well-maintained, it's important to use it responsibly and carefully to prevent any accidents. We advise you to take a moment upon arrival to familiarize yourself with the space and use all items as intended.

Please note that as per our house rules and VRBO's policy, the host is not responsible for any injuries incurred at the property. Your safety is important to us, so if you notice any potential safety issues upon check-in, please inform us immediately so we can address them. is a great place to relax.
