You can play foosball, stay connected with the high-speed internet, fire up the gas grill for cookouts, and curl up by the gas fireplace on cool mountain nights. The cabin also has a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, so you can have meals in the cabin with family and friends.

Start your days at Karen's Cozy Cottage with a cup of coffee on the deck. Enjoy the peace of the Great Smoky Mountains as you get ready for a fun day downtown. On lazy days at the cabin, unwind with a movie or cozy up in front of the fireplace. Along with the gas grill for cookout out, you'll have a fully equipped kitchen that has all the appliances, dishes, and tools you'll need to easily prepare meals and snacks. Easily stay on top of laundry, relax, and enjoy time together. You can also play foosball, soak in the bubbling outdoor hot tub, or watch TV in bed as you fall asleep.

• Each level is a separate space that must be reached from the outside; the entry level and second floor have separate doors from the exterior to enter the home, with no staircase inside. There are zero steps up to enter the entry level and a staircase to enter the second floor.

The place stunk when we got there, there was garbage and dirty socks under the bed, there was a puddle of water in the mower level of the cabin. I called and weas told it was a pet friendly cabin so I should expect some odor and that there was only condensation on the floor. We opened the windows all night and mopped the floor. We never did used the game room or lower level bedroom because of the dampness. One of the group had to sleep on the couch.This is the last time we use VRBO

Was locked out of half the property for over 5 hours with little communication. The internet was down for more than 80% of our stay but the views are nice and it is close to a free trolley pickup

Cute little cabin.

The cabin itself was cute and quaint, with a cozy vibe that had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The hot tub was drained but still dirty—we had to fill it ourselves, which was disappointing. Several pieces of furniture were ripped and stained, and we found roaches on the floor along with old Cheerios under the couch, which made us question how well the place was cleaned before our stay. While the location was great and the setup charming, the lack of basic cleanliness really took away from the experience. A deep clean and a little maintenance could go a long way in making this place truly cozy.

Family Christmas and New Years Trip

The location is great, the cabin, the hot tub, and living quarters were ok could definitely be upgraded. Need to get on a pest routine, roaches were everywhere. With roaches and had was how dirty this place was. Everything from pots, utensils, countertops, the shower, the shower curtain the entire place needed a good cleaning. We went bought cleaning supplies and bleach and cleaned it for our 2 week stay. We also bought pest spray, that did not even put a dent in these freakin bugs.. Whomever gets this place after us, your welcome.We made that place look and feel so much better than it did when got there. To the owners, You have a nice spot and a great location don't let filth ruin your rental or bugs!

Long weekend vacay

The property was in great location. It was just roomy enough for the two of us. It needs a deep clean as the floors were dirty, the upstairs bath needs recaulked and rugs were dirty. The deck and hot tub were nice but again dirty. I was surprised there were no indoor stairs and my son and I were on different levels with no communication. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

Water leaks

The property overall is decent. However very very disappointed by the big water leaks on the second floor. The first day it was in front of the entry door. Then it was an even bigger mess literally going from one end of the room to the other. Our things got wet from our bag being on the floor. It wasn’t pleasant trying to safely walk across a floor without worry of falling. Especially since it’s a concrete floor. Very disappointing to deal with.

Very Clean

Very Clean. Cute space. DIdn't mind that there wasn't a dishwasher. Shower in upstairs bathroom REALLY needs a new shower head. I think my camper has a better one than that! I was disappointed that the upstairs and downstairs could only be accessed by outside door. If I had known that, I would have not reserved this cabin. It was difficult with my 3 year old grandson. He wanted to go up with us, then down with his parents.

Don't go by the listing

The listing is misleading in terms of what the property provides. I noticed many issues with this property listing. 1- they claim it as a fully furnished kitchen but it doesn't have dishwasher. Can you believe it? 2- The property has two levels and they are connected via an outside stairs. It was scary for us to use at night since there are chances of bears in the area. What made me furious that the property wasn't even cleaned at 4 PM the day were were checkin and everything was messed up inside. The customer care were suggesting us to do a sight seeing until the property is cleaned. Are you serious? Who suggests that instead of fixing the issue. I would never recommend this property ever to anyone.

It was okay

It was in a good location. We actually seen some black Bears near our cabin that was cool. When we got there the check in process was super easy. I wasn’t aware that the bedrooms were completely separated but it worked out in our situation. The cabin was clean other then the pull out beds they were a little nasty thankfully we didn’t need them. The hot tub was nice and very clean. I would rate the stay 3.5/5

Great little cabin

We had a good experience here and would rent from again. The floors are not connected but we knew coming in from reading others reviews. They promptly came and filled the propane tanks when we realized they were empty. The was a small flood on the last day of our stay, I wouldn't store belongings on the bottom level. None of our things were ruined thankfully. I think the drain may have overflowed but I'm not sure. The hot tub was great and it was even hot when we arrived! Parking is tight and a bit scary but we made it work.

Absolutely Amazing

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was very centrally located so that we could walk all around Gatlinburg. The cabin was also roomy and well equipped with any needed supplies. We even had a late night visit from a very large bear on our last night….I do highly recommend a better locking mechanism on the trash container :) We plan to visit again!!

Beautiful location.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the cabin, the location, and all the amenities. The only thing me and my spouse did not like was the split levels. The first night we slept downstairs and the 2 oldest slept upstairs. We where uncomfortable with this and decided to finish our stay with everyone sleeping upstairs. Other then this though we would definitely book again.

The pictures are true to form. The best surprise was having a new gas grill delivered. Ideal location close to the trolley (blue). Great for couples but not ideal for kids as upstairs and downstairs are not connected. Parking is tight but not an issue. We really had a great and relaxing time there. The hot tub is great after a day out!

Sewage backup

The property was nice but we walked in to find a sewage backup after it was supposedly cleaned and preped for our arrival. After a 11 hr ride we couldn’t use water, bathroom, sink or take a shower. Not to mention the smell. Not habitable. The property manager(cabins 4 you) wouldn’t refund us so we could book elsewhere had to wait for someone to try and fix problem. We had to stay in hotel only to find they didn’t fix it anyway and not until later the next day and several phone calls arguing with them did we get told they would refund us. But lost 2 days of vacation dealing with this. I understand things break beyond our control, but it was handled very poorly and should have been rectified immediately when we walked in the door and couldn’t stay there!!!

Not what was expected.

First of all the communication from the property managers is horrible. the first time I tried to call I was on hold for a hour before I gave up. the second time I called I was on hold for 10 minutes before I decided to try and email them as it said on the on hold message. I never received a call back or and reply to the email. The cabin was ok. One thing that they fail to let you know in the description is that there is no access inside between the two floors. you have to go outside to go between the two. the bedrooms are very small, there is just over 1 foot between the wall and the bed. They provide a lot of movies to watch, however the two main TV's that you would want to watch the movies on do not have DVD players hooked up to them. The TV in the upstairs bedroom does not work. it powers on but the screen is dead. The dryer did not work, so we had a load of clothes that we had to find a way to air dry. We also found mold on some of the dishes that were put away. I would stay away from any listing that has Cabins for You as the property manager in my opinion.
