LeConte trip

Linger Lodge is a fabulous cabin! My wife, daughter and sister-in-law hiking to the summit of Mt. LeConte to overnight and celebrate the 100th anniversary of the lodge. Other family members stayed behind at Linger. The location was perfect for our adventure. The view out the LR window was amazing. The bedrooms were very nice sized and the king size beds in each room and all having a private full size bath was fantastic. And, we even had a bear cub to pay us a visit. Somehow he got inside my Tahoe, but no real damage thankfully. We will definitely be returning to this cabin in the future!!

Amazing Wedding Weekend

My husband and I got married here during our stay. This cabin was the perfect location. The outdoor arch has the most beautiful view of the mountains and made the best backdrop for our ceremony. The cabin is spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and clean and plenty of room for cooking and serving a family meal. All of the photos were accurate and you can’t really see the beauty of this place until you’re there in person. Many memories were made here.

Breathtaking Views

The property is outstanding however they could have spent a little more time cleaning (it was dusty) make sure to bring extra blankets. Other than that everything was perfect. Lots of wonderful memories

Linger Lodge was not where we stayed. They had issues and we were moved to Black Bear Ridge.

Black Bear Ridge- we had a great time. The house was perfect for our needs. Only negatives - cob webs in the rafters and spider webs on deck furniture. I would suggest cleaning outside as well as inside.

Beautiful home

Overall very good stay. Younger ones were disappointed that the internet did not work. Also you may need to trim the tops of some of the trees out back. They are blocking a little of the amazing view of the mountains. The landscapers came at 8am on Thursday morning which didn't sit well with some of the late sleepers in the house. That being said we had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed the house and surrounding area.
