You'll be assured a 5* stay in this gorgeous, brand new luxury cabin. With 4 decks to enjoy and floor to ceiling windows, you'll be immersed in nature feeling as though you are secluded on a mountaintop yet close to all the attractions of the Smokies.

As you step into Mountainscape, you'll feel like you've arrived at a true mountain retreat. On the main level you'll find a spacious, well-appointed living room and a fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Whip up your favorite meals or drinks with the brand new small and large appliances. Step out on the deck to enjoy a dip in the hot tub, lounge by the fire or play a fun game of corn hole or giant pong.

On the second floor the adults will appreciate the two suites with sitting areas, each with its own private balcony. You'll have the best sleep of your life with the mountain air in the 100% cotton sheets and the most comfortable mattresses you'll have slept on in a long time.

On the third floor, Mountainscape has a custom bunk room for the kids (or the adults young at heart 😉) offering their own retreat equipped with a PS5, board games and lots of other touches to keep everyone entertained. In the game room, you'll find a brand new pool table, arcades games and a huge sectional to relax and enjoy a movie or your favorite sporting event. Need a break, step out onto the balcony to enjoy breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains.

Pools and clubhouses are open from Memorial Day weekend to the week following Labor Day. Gym available at South Baden Clubhouse Mon-Fri during work hours during the off season. You must call to verify prior to arrival.

Things to note:
-Reservations made and cancelled on Vrbo will receive a 97% refund to cover the 3% charge for credit card processing
-Security camera installed at entrance for security purposes
-Alexa devices used to control smart house features
-Property is located in the mountains and may have tree debris or pollen on decks or driveway
-The driveway to the cabin is steep but accessible. Guests will be given the option of using that driveway or the one at our neighboring property and using the custom built walkway to the cabin. If arriving at night or in ice/snowy conditions, it is recommended that guests use the walkway option
-Food and beverage items used for staging of photos only and will not be provided
-Caution: lava rocks from fire table may pop and jump off table. Please sit a reasonable distance
-We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of an emergency outside the cancellation window
