There is a door to the deck complete with outdoor seating and dining as well as access to the hot tub, fire pit, and games below. The Gourmet Kitchen is fully stocked and comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and island bar that seats 5. The nearby dining table comfortably seats 6 guests. A Weber Gas Grill is available for the grill master of the house. To help start your day, we offer a complimentary coffee and tea bar complete with sugar and creamer. The Spacious Loft Game Room features an 8’ Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Pedestal Barrel Arcade loaded with over 3000 games and a Smart TV! Not your style, no problem! In addition to deck space, we provide yard space to enjoy relaxing by the fire and games with family and friends. We are not a large property management company. You will be interacting directly with us during your entire stay, and we personally handle any questions or concerns. We are conveniently located to all major attractions: • Downtown Gatlinburg and Anakeesta (10 minutes) • Smoky Mountain National Park (14 minutes) • Dollywood (17 minutes) • Ober Ski Resort (13 minutes) • Pigeon Forge (13 minutes) In addition, the cabin is just 10 minutes from the Gatlinburg Trolley pick up/drops off location. Drive to the pick-up point and you'll find a free parking lot. For a small fee, the trolley can take you to over 100 locations. **IMPORTANT** HOUSE RULES: * NO SMOKING OR VAPING OR PARAPHERNALIA ON PROPERTY- STRICT ENFORCEMENT * NO PETS * NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED * GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT * QUIET HOURS ARE 10:00PM - 9:00AM **ANY VIOLATION OF THE HOUSE RULES AND AGREEMENT WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY AND FOREFEIT OF ANY MONEY PAID. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days prior to arrival 50% refund up to 14 days prior to arrival *We do not offer refunds based on weather, illness, job loss, or emergency cancellations of any nature. We encourage purchasing trip insurance to cover unexpected changes to your trip. Frequently Asked Questions: 1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, wash cloths and beach towels for the hot tub. 2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide a starter kit that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and hand soap. Additionally, we'll also provide you with a roll of paper towels, dishwasher detergent pods, dish soap, a few trash bags, and laundry pods. You will need to purchase or bring additional items when the initial supply runs out. 3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is fully stocked including a toaster, waffle maker, blender, crock pot, pots & pans, serving bowls and platters. We also provide a complimentary full coffee and tea bar. Regular coffee pot, Keurig, French press, a pour-over pot, and hot water kettle. Ground coffee, coffee beans, tea bags, creamer and sweetners are all provided. 4 Do you provide a grill? – Yes. A Weber gas grill located outside by the side of the cabin. 5 Do you allow pets? – No. We do not allow pets. 6. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay. 7. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must checkout prior to 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. 8. How is the drive up to the cabin? - The roads are well maintained and paved. However, the drive can be intimidating for people not use to driving in the mountains. 9. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. As a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, 4-wheel drive or snow chains is necessary in the event of ice and/or snow. We cannot predict what the weather will do. We are unable to issue refunds due to weather conditions. 10. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited high speed (800 MBPS) cable internet with Wi-Fi. We also provide USB chargers in every bedroom for convenience. 11. How many parking spaces are there? - A paved driveway to the right of the cabin can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. 12. Do you decorate for the holidays? – Yes! We decorate for Christmas between mid-November through January each year. Please contact us via the platform messaging channel. Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement. Exterior cameras are used to ensure guest safety.
