The space:
Newly built (2021) & family friendly cabin comfortably sleeps 8 and features a spacious open floor plan with soaring ceilings, large kitchen, living room, & dining room area. 2 large bedrooms downstairs and loft bedroom + game room upstairs. All guest rooms feature full ensuite bathrooms and smart TVs. Relax on the large covered front porch or the 2-story screened in back porch with private hot tub!

Cabin Amenities:
- Beds: Cabin Sleeps 8. 1 King, 2 Fulls, 4 twins.
- Bathrooms: 3 Full ensuite bathrooms (1 bath tub and 2 x Stand-up showers)
- Well-Equipped Kitchen: Coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishware, pots/pans, and utensils.
- Towels and Linens: Provided for booked guests.
- Kids Dinnerware/Utensils. Baby gate (for stairs). Family-friendly amenities.

Notes:
- Individual items or decor in the home may change due to wear and tear. Resort amenities are subject to change at the resort's discretion.
- Occasionally, appliances may experience issues. Appliances can include but not limited to TVs, fireplace, internet, arcade, hot tub, kitchen appliances, hot water, and HVAC system. If this occurs host is not able to provide refunds due to circumstantial issues that are not fully in the hosts control - unfortunate things happen from time to time so please note before booking.
- Exterior of property has a security camera with audio/video capabilities to ensure safety of guests and property.
- WEATHER - Some things are beyond our control - weather events like rain/snow/ice storms can result in the power going out, cable going out, internet going out, or (in extremely low temperatures), water lines freezing. While we will always make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues - refunds/discounts will not be offered for weather related issues.
- LINENS & TOWELS are provided but we do not switch out fresh linens or towels during your stay. There will be fresh linens and 10 towels in the home upon check in. For your convenience, we do have a washer and dryer in the cabin and you are welcome to wash your linens/towels if desired.
- This is a resort community. There will be other cabins around you-not an isolated cabin. However, it is generally a quiet area, with plenty of indoor space and activities but also close enough to the main road to get to grocery stores and tourist areas if desired.
- There is wildlife of course, this is a cabin in the woods! Do not try to attract animals to the property. There are also ladybugs-at times a lot of them. The resort does try to control their spread but you will likely see them during some seasons. Owner also has cabin routinely treated for bugs.
- There are large rocks-please watch your children around them.
- The pool is open during the summer months - no lifeguard on duty, again watch your kids around pool area.
- HOT TUB - please read the info provided at the cabin on hot tub use. If it looks cloudy on your arrival or is not hot yet, that is because it was just drained, sanitized and treated before your stay. It may take a few hours to heat up.
- PARTIES - this is a resort neighborhood, please respect the other neighbors and do not hold parties here
- SMOKING - not permitted in or on cabin property
- PET FREE CABIN, you will be asked to leave with no refund if a pet is brought. $250 charge for bringing a pet.. guests will be asked to vacate immediately
- SUPPLIES- we provide a starter amount of paper products, cleaning products and toiletries. Please bring your own supplies if staying beyond two nights
This cabin has a tankless water heater, it will not run out of hot water. It may need to run a few minutes to get hot
- Due to wildlife concerns, as in all cabins in the Smokies, the neighborhood has bear proof receptacles for trash. These are located at the exit of the resort, guests are asked to please dispose of trash there.
