Both are less than 10 miles from the cabin.

-Master bedroom has a king bed with 43” smart Roku tv
-Master bathroom is equipped with a stand-up shower

- The upstairs 2nd bedroom/game room is an open loft open to downstairs. Has a pool table, arcade, board games, and 43” smart Roku tv.
- Upstairs bathroom is a full bathroom with stand up shower and jacuzzi tub.

-Park style charcoal grill located in front of cabin.

-Cabin is located in a community resort, close to all the action!

1 days prior to arrival you will be sent the exact address/ check-in details and instructions

You will have the entire cabin to yourselves

Keyless self entry with a smart lock door code will be sent with your check in instructions the day prior to arrival. No dealing with an office or meeting anyone in person!

PROVIDED:
-The cabin has fast wifi and 3 Roku tv's, so please bring your own passwords for Netflix, Hulu, etc. Remember to sign out before you leave!
- We DO NOT have cable.
- We DO NOT provide laundry detergent.
- We DO NOT have a garbage bin outside the cabin. Due to HOA restrictions, all trash bags are to be taken down to the trash compactor at the entrance of the resort and by the pool. 0.2 miles from the cabin (1 minute drive or 4 minute walk).

-We DO provide hand soap and a start of toilet paper and paper towels. Also provided, 1 of each small travel size complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion will be in each bathroom.
You may need bring extra for your trip.
However, other toiletries, condiments, zip locks, and coffee are NOT provided

-Coffee: We have a Keurig duo that allows for drip coffee and K-Cup pods.

LOCATION:
-This cabin is located in a resort community with paved roads just minutes off the Parkway.

-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

- HOT TUB:
Upon check in, the hot tub may not be hot until later that evening because it gets drained, cleaned, and refilled every turn. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK

- You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep doors/windows closed as much as possible to keep them out.

-Check-Out instructions will be sent in a message the day before checkout.

-Keep in mind that you are in the mountains, this is the natural environment for bears.
-DO NOT FEED BEARS and do not leave food in your vehicle.
