Het is slechts 0,1 km van het centrum van Gatlinburg! Luister naar het vredige geluid van water dat uit het Great Smoky Mountains National Park stroomt terwijl u ontspant in het bubbelbad! Deze hut is vol met voorzieningen! Kom en ervaar vandaag waar Gatlinburg om draait!

De buurt:
Deze bevindt zich in het Roaring Fork-gebied van Gatlinburg en direct aan de Roaring Fork Stream die uit het Great Smoky Mountains National Park stroomt! Het is slechts 0,8 mijl naar het hart van het centrum van Gatlinburg, TN! Je kunt vanuit de hut naar het centrum van Gatlinburg lopen!
Vervoer rond:
We raden altijd aan om 4x4-wielen te gebruiken voor alle hutten in The Great Smoky Mountains om extra veilig te zijn. Deze hut is gemakkelijk te vinden en is op alle verharde wegen met minimale beklimmingen of afdalingen. Er is een trolleystop aan het begin van de weg.
Andere dingen om op te merken:
Moet 25 jaar of ouder zijn om deze hut te boeken.

Deze hut is geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen.

We raden altijd aan om 4x4 te rijden voor elke plek in The Great Smoky Mountains. De hut heeft geasfalteerde wegen helemaal naar boven en zonder enig slecht weer is elke auto prima, maar nogmaals, we raden 4x4-wielaandrijving aan wanneer je het gebied bezoekt.

Gas haarden zijn seizoensgebonden en opereren rond oktober-maart geven of nemen afhankelijk van het weer.

De lokale verblijfsbelasting van 3%, vereist door de Tennessee State Law en betaald aan de Sevier County Trustee, is gebundeld in uw schoonmaakkosten en nachtelijke tarieven, dus zodra u reserveert, is alles goed!

Cabin was very clean and in a great location for accessing downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Great Smoky Mountains Park. The owners were very communicative leading up to our stay and even checked in during our trip to make sure we were comfortable. It was easy to access and all we could have wanted for a stay in the mountains. We traveled as a family of 4 with our two sons (14 & 10). We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Hot tub was very clean too! Would definitely stay here again.

Off season fun in Gatlinburg!

We booked a last minute week long trip to Gatlinburg and what a great week it was! Despite the rain and snow, there was little to no traffic and we still were able to take in lots of fun. This cabin/home was super clean and conveniently located under a mile from the strip. The cabin was just as listed! Make sure to bring own toiletries and some extra paper goods. Plenty of blankets and pillows that kept us cozy and we loved the electric fireplace and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable as wellAnd kitchen had all we needed. We only ate out once or twice and made all of our other meals right there. The roaring river was so gorgeous and soothing to listen to. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay! We certainly will book from Kirkland again!

Beautiful cabin in great location

My family and I stayed at this beautiful cabin right on the creek for 4 nights in February 2024. The cabin itself was clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, about 5 minutes outside of Gatlinburg. My kids loved being right on the creek. Communication from the owner was top-notch. I even received an email during our stay, just checking in to see how everything was going. Highly recommended. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

Sisters trip

Needed a sister trip and booked this cabin. Was exactly as described and pictured. Was very clean and well stocked even though we didn’t cook much. Would definitely stay at this cabin again. Didn’t have any problems to report but the management company was prompt with information. The only discrepancy in the description is I feel like it’s a long walk to downtown Gatlinburg.

Relaxing stay.

All of us loved this cabin. We saw the famous bear coming down the hill behind the hot tub. Everything was perfect with the exception of the two days the hot tub was out of order and that was no one's fault and was taken care of as soon as possible. Perfect communication with Kirkland Cabins. They made everything simple. I would rent from them again without hesitation.

Lovely home on Roaring Forks

We absolutely loved our stay here. This home is off the main strip (Parkway) but close enough if you wanted to walk. The sound of the Roaring Forks is calming. One night we slept with our window open. It was nice to fall asleep to the sound of water rushing through rocks. My husband and boys had fun walking on some of the rocks in playing in the stream. We also loved that the Roaring Forks Motor Nature Trail is so close by and actually exits very close to this property. It’s great to watch the sunset and see some bears from this motor trail. This home is truly ideally located. Kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment and seasonings you will need to cook if you choose to with a grocery store minutes away. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer to use after going white water rafting. This is such a lovely cabin filled with all the quaint character you want for a stay near the Smoky Mountains. You can relax by grabbing a book to read from the many books already there or sit in the hot tub before turning in for the night. Make sure to check out the guest book for recommendations on places to eat and attractions to visit. It was fun to read the entries. Don’t forget to make a entry of your own before leaving. Check in and check out were a breeze and management was so kind and welcoming with text messages about any needs we had. 100% would recommend this rental property AND the group that manages this rental.

Great Location

Cabin is beautiful! Love the creek! Had a couple issues. The parking situation was a bit challenging. We had two vehicles and had to constantly place musical vehicles whenever one needed to get out the other had to move. Could not use spa because the spa cover was broken and hanging into the spa. Not all the pillows had pillow cases. All and all we had a great time!
