Our cabin is a true log cabin and was built in 2018 after the original cabin was lost to the wildfire of 2016. It is beautiful, spacious and is perfectly located in Chalet Village nestled in The Great Smoky Mountains which enables easy/quick access to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, as well as the entrance to the national park. Our cabin overlooks the awe inspiring Smoky Mountains and boasts the BEST views!! You will not be disappointed!!

We offer a 4 BR / 4.5 BA spacious and luxurious cabin. There are multiple, covered and uncovered HUGE decks to enjoy the beauty that is Tennessee. Enjoy the VIEWS, hot tub, seating/dining options, gas fire table, large TV, multiple swings available outdoors in comfort and style. One of the large, covered decks also is enclosed in screens. In addition, built in heaters can be turned on when the nights get chilly or watch your favorite show or sporting event on the deck in comfort with our outdoor TV!

Inside is just as amazing. Upon entering the cabin, you will be greeted by a very open floorplan with a large, beautiful kitchen and dining area with a large family room that boasts an amazing floor to ceiling stone fireplace. There is a large master suite with a beautiful master bathroom on the main floor. There are multiple ways to get on the decks from the main floor and the lower level. In addition, another half bath is on the main floor. Downstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with their own full bathrooms. In addition, a nice GAME ROOM and kitchenette available for all to enjoy! Memories from this mountain retreat vacation will remain for a lifetime and will be shared over and over again.

We are a family that loves and enjoys the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. We have vacationed here numerous times and then decided to buy a home of our own here. Commonly asked questions:

1) What household supplies are provided? We provide limited amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, hair dryers, and 2 box fans.
2) What does the kitchen include? The kitchen is fully stocked with typical supplies. This includes blender, toaster, crock pot, waffle maker, keurig and regular coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils, wine glasses.
3) What baby items are supplied? High chair (If needed, please inform us).
4) Grill? Charcoal BBQ per regulations. We do not provide charcoal.
5) Are animals/pets allowed? Under no circumstances do we allow animals/pets. The home is animal free. The homeowners and their children have severe allergies and animals will pose severe health risks.
6) Are hot tubs cleaned? We drain, clean, and refill the hot tub after every stay.
7) Is there an outdoor pool and community club house? Yes!! We have 3 community pools and clubhouses. Pools are open from Memorial Day weekend in May through Labor Day weekend in September.
8) Is price negotiable? No. Prices are as stated and no fees are reduced or eliminated.
9) When is second payment due? 30 days prior to your stay.
10) What time is check in and check out? Check in after 4pm and check out by 10 am.
11) How do cancellations work? Cancellations or shortened stays that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are fully refundable. Cancellations due to weather or natural disasters are non-refundable.
12) How are roads to cabin? The roads are paved and well maintained. If snow or ice is present, 4 wheel drive or snow chains are recommended. That is a rule of thumb for all mountain roads.
13) Are there any days that check in or check out is not permitted? Thanksgiving and Christmas.
14) Do you provide travel insurance?
If cancellation is a concern, or shortened length of booking, illness/Covid or any other unforeseen circumstance is a concern, we highly recommend the purchase of cancellation protection from CSA. This does not go through us. We cannot operate outside our cancellation policy for any reason.
15) When will I get cabin address and cabin access information? The address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email after your final payment is made.
16) Propane— We provide one full tank for the fire pit and/or fire table. If more propane is needed, you may exchange the tank at multiple locations throughout Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
17) Construction noise…. The Chalet Village area was heavily devastated in the fires of 2016, therefore the area is now being built up which is great for the community. You may hear construction noise and see construction vehicles.
