Dit is een geweldig huis gebouwd op de top van de heuvel in de verborgen vallei van de Smokies. Het huis ligt op slechts 5 minuten rijden naar de Parkway en alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Zo spasisch van binnenuit. Geniet van een beschutte patio uitgerust met een heel mooie Weber grillen voor uw familie BBQ met een hot tub met gekleurde lichten voor 5 pers. Je mag ook je huisdieren meenemen en ervoor zorgen dat ze plezier hebben op de omheinde grote voortuin.

De ruimte
Het bovenste niveau omvat 3 slaapkamers met 3 kingsize bedden en 2 badkamers. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een grote hoofdbadkamer met een bubbelbad, er is ook veel ruimte in de inloopkast.

Het huis heeft een draadloos internet om tijdens uw vakantie zaken bij te houden.

Op het hoogste niveau vindt u de rustieke slaapkamer (kingsize bed) met een half bad.
En er is een kleine kinderkamer met een stapelbed. De woonkamer heeft een futonbed, 2 fauteuils en een 55-inch flatscreen-tv. Er is een wasruimte met een wasmachine en droger tussen de woonkamer en de keuken en het tegenovergelegen van de wasruimte is de halve badkamer. De goed uitgeruste keuken van de chef-kok is uitgerust met alle apparatuur zoals Keurig-koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, koelkast, magnetron en de eethoek met een rustieke tafel.
Het terras met de grill, de eethoek en de loungeruimte met hot tub zijn toegankelijk vanuit de keuken. Het dek kijkt uit op de omheinde tuin voor kinderen of huisdieren om te spelen, ondertussen kunnen ouders perfect zitten op de schommel en genieten van een glas wijn of een favoriet boek.
Er is een parkeerplaats voor maximaal 5 auto's. De garage is nog niet te huur.
We hebben een camera die zich in de hoek van de cabine bevindt en naar de parkeerplaats wijst. De camera die in actieve opname is voor beveiligingsdoeleinden

so we get down there at 1:30 am there’s a family already in our house , no where for me and my 2 infants and 10 people to sleep , we had to sleep in walmart parking lot in our vehicles, Host wouldn’t return phone calls or text , told us to fin for our selfs is what the vrbo people told us ,not to mention we talked to the host at 5:00 pm prior to arriving he said we was good to come down , so we had to get a refund and stay in a hotel , worst experience ever !!!!!!!!!!!

Nightmare Week - Do not recommend

Day of check in was told the house was "double booked" and the other people got the check in info because they booked a year a go. Then was offered a 2br cabin in place of the 5 br we rented for 10 people. When telling him 2br too small - we were offered an ajacent tiny 1br cabin as well. We stayed in these 2 cabins for 3 nights. After 3 nights all of a sudden the original 5 br opened up again after we complained again the 2 br and tiny cabin was not enough. Moving to 5 br three days into our trip (wasting a whole day of vacation to "move") it was filthy. Floors dirty, kitchen dirty, beds did not appear fresh, trash bags piled into the garage, property unkempt all the way around. Husband fell on the front steps because the entire board came lose. The upkeep is terrible and the entire situation was sketchy. While the host was communicating with us - no real solution to his double booking was offered other than multiple moves and smaller cabins. A refund or partial refund was never offered even though VRBO has a BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE GUARANTEE- rule 3 Protected Incidents- part B says the customer is protected against "(ii) the Protected Guest ’s deposit and/or payment (or appropriate portion thereof) is not refunded and is wrongfully withheld by the Host. An example of this Protected Incident includes where the Host "double books" the subject property to two or more Guests for the same time period" If there was anything positive it was the location.

Property was great but a few problems.

Wi-Fi did not work. We all kept trying to log in and it says "Bill not Paid"??? Also, TV did not work. We did not want to use the hot tub because it looked like it was leaking in the front of it. Other than three issues, the place was great. Hosts communicated quickly and were friendly.

Home away from home

Very nice home with plenty of room. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are very roomy all with comfortable beds. Bunk bed room was not really used as it was small and hard for adults and older teens to navigate. Large kitchen and dining room area. Loved having the front yard for my dog and felt safe her being outside. I wish there would have been chairs to sit in the front yard. You could not see the mountain view due to the overgrowth of the shrubs. There was also an enclosed porch that was not accessible. The kids missed not having a game room. Overall, great place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

Needs a good deep clean

Great location, this house is only great for sleeping. First, don’t bother with the WiFi, it is absolutely terrible and slower than Christmas. The walls and base boards of this place were discussing. The house only had two showers and they were both upstairs. Would NOT recommend this house for elderly or children, the railing on the stairs were not secure and there was no handrail on the adjacent wall. The top rack of the dishwasher can only be pulled halfway out or it fell as though the whole dishwasher was going to fall from the cabinetry. The living room did not have a couch - it had a futon which was very deep, it made it difficult to get up from. We had to go buy hand soap and laundry detergent for our trip, so make sure you bring that along. There has also been trash left in the front yard and side yard that had not been cleaned up. If you stay in the master bedroom upstairs, there is no privacy between the bathroom in the bedroom.

Overall we had a great trip!

I want to start my review by saying, we had an amazing trip regardless of the few hiccups we encountered. After we got settled into the house we walked the perimeter and noticed a side window to a porch was wide open and a door that connects to the house was also being propped open. You don't have access to the porch, so we contacted the property manager with our safety concerns and he came within an hour and locked and closed everything up for us!! (Side note: the door that was propped open goes to a laundry room which then connects to the bunk bed room, and could only be locked and unlocked from the porch area) The next day we started to notice a rotten egg smell which progressively got worse throughout the day. We left for dinner and by the time we got back the smell was so bad that we couldn't be in the house. We contacted the property manager and he came quickly, capped a sewage pipe that had dried out, and we didn't have another problem with that. Beyond those problems, the house was very accommodating for our group of 8!! The beds weren't the greatest, and the bathrooms could use an upgrade, but we were so grateful to have the space and privacy this house had to offer. Contact with the property manager was excellent!! He was quick to respond, and friendly when he came to help us out. Overall we had an amazing time. Short drive to Pigeon Forge, and the Smokey Mountains. If you're thinking of planning a vacation to the area, do it!!!

Christmas Family Trip

The property was perfect for us! Easy drive into town and we had plenty of room for our group. 2 bedrooms on main floor with living room and kitchen, and two 1/2 baths. Upstairs had 3 bedrooms with a king bed size bed in each, 2 full baths. One TV in living room which I liked because it kept us all in one room mostly but to sleep. The only downfall was one of the full baths was connected to a bedroom with no door but we managed. The septic tank was overflowing beside the front porch which wasn’t a pleasant smell when walking out door. Had a nice hot tub on back deck with grill and table which we don’t use because we wasn’t at cabin a lot.

Great Stay!

This was a beautiful property! Everything was decorated beautifully and it was perfect for a few of us and our quick trip! Very close to Pigeon Forge and tourist attractions. It was very quiet and cozy! We will definitely stay here again and tell out friends!

Great Space and enjoyable location. However, Difficult to find. GPS does not lead you straight to it. (Opposite side of the road and up a huge hill. Cleanliness wasn’t perfect.
