We bezitten 2 hutten op Bluff Mountain met uitzicht op Pigeon Forge en de Smoky Mountains, Reed's Retreat en Oliver Overlook https: // www. vrbo. com / 1311333. Reed's Retreat is een hut met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers op Bluff Mountain op ongeveer 8 km van het centrum van Pigeon Forge. Deze prachtige hut heeft geweldige uitzichten - je kunt gewoon voor altijd zien !! Je zult het gevoel hebben dat je de hemel kunt aanraken terwijl je uitkijkt over een adembenemend lange zicht op de Smokies vanaf je wikkel rond het dek. Blijf 6 nachten en krijg de 7e nacht gratis. Het is een hut met 2 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers met alle voorzieningen. Prachtig ingericht, u zult zich meteen thuis voelen. Geniet van het prachtige uitzicht op de afgeschermde veranda terwijl u ontspant in het bubbelbad. 'S Nachts kunt u vanuit het uitzicht de lichten van Pigeon Forge en Gatlinburg in de verte zien sprankelen! Reed's Retreat kan comfortabel 6 personen slapen. De hut heeft beneden een slaapkamer met een queensize bed en een badkamer aan de overkant van de hal. Er zijn 2 kanten op het hok, 1 kant heeft spelletjes, terwijl de andere kant een complete opstelling met een queensize slaapkamer heeft met een badkamer met douche. De cabine is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met slechts drie treden naar de voordeur.
Reed's Retreat ligt gunstig bij Wears Valley Road, op slechts een korte rit naar Pigeon Forge en op ongeveer 30 minuten van Gatlinburg. Deze hut is perfect voor een familievakantie, huwelijksreis, jubileum of uitstap voor koppels. Het biedt het beste van beide werelden, een afgelegen gevoel en toch dicht bij attracties, winkels en restaurants. Mooi en gezellig, maar groot genoeg om te spreiden.
Bezienswaardigheden in Pigeon Forge zijn tal van leuke dingen om te doen. Dollywood, Splash Mountain en de legendarische Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Show zijn allemaal geweldige manieren om je vakantie door te brengen. U kunt ook de Smokies verkennen met dagtochten, paardentochten en zipline-avonturen door de berghelling. Je kunt ook naar het nabijgelegen Gatlinburg gaan, waar het Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, de Gatlinburg Mountain Coaster en de schilderachtige Arts and Crafts Community wachten!

The views were beautiful and it is a very private location. The location was awesome! We noticed the floors and fixtures were clean. The walls, hvac, air return filter in the living room and bathroom exhaust fans were filthy!! The air quality in the house was very poor. We had to open the doors regularly to get fresh air in the cabin. There were numerous cob webs in the inside stair railings, bathrooms and ceilings through out. The grass was very high and needed to be mowed. This would have been a 5 star review if the cabin was clean and the lawn kept.

Cozy Cabin with Stunning Views and a Wild Adventure!

We had a great experience at this cabin! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the space was cozy, clean, and welcoming—a perfect mountain getaway.Just a heads-up: the road leading up to the cabin is a bit steep and can feel unnerving, especially if you're not used to mountain driving. But once you're there, it's well worth it!We did have some close encounters with bears—we saw them both nights of our stay. Make sure to lock your vehicle, as one bear actually got into our car on the second night! Thankfully, it got spooked and ran off quickly. Definitely added to the adventure!Overall, this place was GREAT and made for a memorable stay. We would absolutely return—just maybe with a bear horn next time!

Great experience!

Description of property was accurate, amazing views. Great communication with host. Short drive to Pigeon Forge and mountain coasters. To get to the National Park you do have to drive through Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. With the amazing views comes a pretty steep climb to the property, use low gear and make sure your vehicle is in good working condition. We did have a bear visit us one night, lock your car doors! Overall we had an amazing vacation and would do it over again.

Outstanding View!

My wife and I chose Reed's Retreat for our 1-year anniversary and so glad we did! The cabin was at the end of the lane so no traffic was passing by, and the view was AMAZING!!. The cabin is a short drive to a gas station, a pizza place, and a Dollar General market, and you can be in Pigeon Forge or Sevierville in just a few more minutes. Just know the road to the cabin (although paved) is steep in a couple spots so you'll need to take it slow and make sure your brakes are good. LOL But after a time or two of navigating it, the drive is a breeze and SO worth it! I would book again in a heartbeat. A

The cabin was clean and cozy. Perfect for 4 people. The views off of the wrap around deck were gorgeous. My only concern was the drive up to the cabin. There are about 3-4 REALLY STEEP, narrow roads. You definitely need a vehicle with power to get there.

Perfectly Serene

My friends and I visited Reeds Retreat for a quiet, relaxing weekend away and we were blown away by this cabin! It met all of our expectations and was exactly as described in the online listing! The view overlooking the mountains and city life was immaculate and relaxing in the hot tub at night with the city lights below us was so peaceful. We will definitely be visiting this cabin again!

Spectacular view

The view was great. The cabin was nice. The cabin was clean. The only cons was the beds were very firm, and the toilet sat very low to the ground for older people like me and my wife. There’s an also an issue with the Beatles or ladybugs whatever they’re called. Directions directions could use some mileage points Bluff Road sign was gone. We passed it up and had to go back and look for it. Not a big issue but would be helpful if we had estimated mileage between terms.

Best view we’ve ever had!!!

This property was amazing and the view is unbeatable. Pictures truly do not do it justice. There is a view in every direction from the front porch. Hot tub was amazing and the cabin plenty of room for us 5. The host was amazing and even though the snow cut our trip a bit short, the host was very informative and immediately offered us the chance to leave a day early with a refund to ensure our safety getting home. The only complaint I have is the drive to the cabin, but this is something that can’t really be fixed. It should be noted before going, however, that the last 3 roads to the cabin are very, very slim. My husband has an F250 and it was very difficult for us to get up and down without a few moments of panic. I recommend a smaller 4 wheel drive vehicle to ensure your safety and possibly sanity. With that said, the view was worth our few moments of stress to get there. Lastly, we did run into a few lady bugs inside so maybe this is something that could be avoided in the future. We would definitely stay here again for the view and the amazing host, just with a smaller vehicle next time.

Legit Mountain Cabin

If you are looking for a legit top of the mountain cabin with amazing views, this is it! The views right off the balcony are unbelievable. I could spend hours on the porch just looking at the mountains. Host is phenomenal and very responsive. Driving up the mountain is a little scary the first time but well worth it. You will not be disappointed.

Great again!

This was our second time to the cabin. The view cannot be beat. The price cannot be beat. Whenever we plan a trip to the smokys we see if this cabin is available first, the only reason we stay anywhere else is if we have more than 6 people coming. The bed Upstairs was updated since we last came and were grateful! The kiddo loves the foosball table, and the view from the hot tub, THE VIEW FROM THE HOT TUB is unparalleled. My Very small, incredibly nit picky suggestion is to somehow raise the hot tub so I don’t have to look through the porch fence. (Easier said than done, I know!) All wheel drive will make the exciting drive to the cabin easier too. If you have AWD and a need for vista/valley views. You can’t go wrong here. And the Christmas decorations were excellent
