Dolly’s Lookout is a NEWLY UPDATED spacious cabin with extraordinary views of the Great Smoky Mountains with beautiful amenities for a family-friendly vacation. We poured our hearts into updating this beautiful cabin to provide a safe and relaxing space for our guests to create the best memories.
Dolly's Lookout has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms and over 2,250 SF not including three spacious outdoor decks to enjoy the amazing views, relax in the hot tub, chill out in the theatre/arcade room, or just simply unplug from your normal busy life. Can sleep up to a total of 15 maximum.
We are conveniently located in the cabin community of Summit View with incredible views of the Great Smoky Mountains. You are only 7 minutes off the Main Parkway (Hwy 321) in Pigeon Forge and conveniently located to Dollywood (7 minutes) and Gatlinburg (15 minutes).

Other things to note
PARKING: 4 Vehicles Maximum allowed.
✔ Dolly's Lookout is owned and managed by us. There is no middle man. If you have any issues you will be talking directly with us. We will treat you like we want to be treated ourselves.
✔ Outdoor camera is in place for your protection, please do not touch or tamper with the cameras.
✔ Please use the hot tub at your own risk, the hosts are not liable for any accidents. For your safety, do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. If you have medical conditions that might put you at risk for using the hot tub, please consult with your doctor.
✔ Upon confirming the reservation guest agree to rental agreement terms that are including in the policy and rules section.
✔ If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Stay away from them. Mama bear and her cubs are rarely seen but they do wonder around occasionally. Be sure to put all garbage into the bin inside the bear-proof cage at all times. If the garbage is left outside, it might attract bears. Do not leave any food inside your vehicles.
✔ No unauthorized fires (including candles), No smoking inside the cabin, No parties
✔ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond the host's control. It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase your own travel insurance.
✔ We do not send our cleaning crew to the property during your stay. Only before and after your stay.
✔ The road leading up to our cabin is paved but AWD drive vehicles are highly recommended during the winter months in case of ice or snow.
