Pros:The view was stunning. Our teens enjoyed the downstairs “vibe” and fun!The kitchen area was very nice.Parking was great.Cons:The dryer is an absolute MUST change! This isn’t an opinion, it’s fact that it doesn’t work as one should. I wouldn’t even let another booking happen until the dryer is replaced. I had to dry off with a roll of paper towels Saturday night. I couldn’t imagine if we were staying longer than two nights how frustrating this would have been.The hot tub area needs to be spruced up a bit. Maybe built up on a platform or something protecting from bears? That is an opinion. Also add some cafe lights. It just didn’t give you the “warm luxury vibe”.I travel A LOT! And I’ve stayed at hundreds of places, cabins in pigeon forge included. Starter kit of toilet paper is def not 1/4 of a roll. Each bathroom should have what’s left on the roll PLUS 1-2 roll under the cabinet. I’m not cheap and would absolutely buy more if needed, but this was not enough to even get started.There also was not enough hand soap at each sink. These should be refilled at each check in.Downstairs heat- I’m unsure what the resolution should be but our teens were very cold in the bedrooms. There was the portable heater for the middle area which was nice, but the bedrooms are shut at night so little heat got in. They stayed cold the entire time.We made everything work for the short weekend but wouldn’t stay again unless dryer fixed.
