'Clean room, spacious enough and well located. Staff were outstanding . Very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that is a spoiler is also an advantage. HOTEL is in the heart of Bujumbura where everything you need is at walking distance. However, this comes with bars and churches(noise).This could not stop you book these rooms as the pros outweigh the cons by a tonne . I strongly recommend Hotel Hibiscus for their service . 'This place is a jewel. I highly recommend this to any Western traveller looking for a little oasis on their journey. Rooms are spacious. Everything works. 'An all round excellent experience. Rooms large, clean, comfortable. Wifi worked well in my room on the ground floor although i heard this wasn't the case in all rooms. Restaurant excellent. Nice pool. Best thing of all though is the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Just need to be aware this is not in the centre of town but there is a taxi rank just outside. Very good value hotel. Would definitely go back.'
