'If I needed to summarize in one word about my experience with them it would be: outstanding! I would like to start with the location which was perfect. The staff were beyond helpful friendly right down to the guys & girls who greeted me at the door everytime I arrive or left .the room 731 exceeded my expectation it was spotless clean the layout was perfect and cozy. 'The attention to detail and level of service was excellent. The only negative about this place is that some of the guests behaviour is an absolute joke e.g if they want your sun bed, they’ll happily throw your stuff off or even use it as there isnt many there, this isn’t the hotels fault though. The hotel and staff itself are excellent'
