Your group of up to 14 guests will find ample space to relax and connect across two levels of comfortable living space, all cooled by central A/C.

LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT The home features two distinct living rooms, both equipped with Smart TVs for movie nights. The main floor living area boasts a beautiful stone fireplace and large windows framing breathtaking lake views. Upstairs, a second living room offers a perfect spot for fun with a selection of games, puzzles, and books.

KITCHEN & DINING Prepare delicious meals in the fully stocked, modern kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. An outdoor gas grill is also available for lakeside barbecues, with picnic tables ready for dining outside.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS With space for 14, everyone can rest comfortably. The home includes two full, updated bathrooms for your convenience. Sleeping arrangements include:

Upstairs Loft: A bunk bed with pull out trundle and a sofa sleeper

For families with little ones, a pack and play is also available.

LAKEFRONT LIVING & OUTDOORS As a truly waterfront and beachfront property, you have direct lake access to all-sports Otsego Lake. Enjoy our private sandy, shallow shoreline—perfect for kids and swimming! Your stay includes the use of kayaks and a private dock(seasonal). Spend your evenings gathered around the fire pit or take a peaceful boat ride at sunrise.

CONVENIENCES For your convenience, the home includes a laundry area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and provided towels, linens, and beach chairs. Winter guests will appreciate the dedicated snowmobile gear storage room in the garage, making this the perfect Up North getaway for every season!

Guest Access

You will have full access to the entire house, with the exception of one locked storage closet. Enjoy easy self check-in upon arrival.

Important Information

Private Dock: The dock is available seasonally, generally from May to September, but this is weather-dependent.

Fire Pit: A fire pit is available for your enjoyment. Please bring your own firewood.

Kayaks: Kayaks are available for use, depending on the season.
