'The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.'

'Reservation was cancelled when we arrived. We arrived at around 6pm and was told that the hotel was overbooked and our room was given to someone else. Very dissapointing considering we had 3 kids traveling with us. We had to scramble and find another hotel. Hilton was very helpful and got us another hotel nearby which actually turned out to be a better hotel. I think that I am still waiting on my refund for the cancelled reservation. It has been 12 days now since this happened.'

'Booked the room when our flight in Dayton was cancelled and we had to go to Columbus by Uber to leave early the next morning. When we got to the hotel they said they had overbooked the hotel but had made arrangements with another hotel down the street. After starting our day in Dayton at 10am and now being told at 11pm that there was no room it couldn’t have been worse….until we found out they moved us to a hotel with a 6.8 rating and said they had made the reservation and paid for the room. 'We stayed for a concert at the stadium, location was convenient. However, our room had lots of previously damaged items and it wasn’t clean. The AC wasn’t cold, and the mini fridge didn’t work. We asked for a different room and they moved us no problem. Our main reason for booking was to spend some time at the pool, when we arrived it wasn’t in service, also no breakfast was served even though this was listed as an amenity on the site.'

'One of my better hotel stays. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms, pool area well lighted and maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in variety and quality. The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). Very spacious room with comfortable bed and both soft and firm pillows. There are local dining...
