Mooi hotel waar je in alle rust kunt genieten van de heerlijke dagen in Gdansk. Kamers waren ruim en het ontbijt uitstekend. Dus wat wil je nog meer.....

Helt okej, priset gör ju att man inte heller kan förvänta sig mycket men lite effort hade gett hotellet klart mer betyg. Det var främst bekvämligheter vi saknade på hotellet, som vinglas, strykbräda/strykjärn, påfyll av hygienartiklar m.m.

Har vært her før,men aldri igjen.Helt mangel på service og gammelt og slitt. alt for dyrt til den tilstanden og servicen der.Siste frokosten kunne de to som var på jobb der ikke lage kaffe,er det mulig? Beautiful property in an amazing location right in the heart of historic Gdansk. It has more of a guest house vibe than a hotel but it is very charming. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Flott beliggenhet i Old town. Noe støy fra gata om kvelden. Romme vi hadde var stort og og godt slitt og dusjhodet må byttes ut. Sengetøyet var hullete både laken og dynetrekket.

Hotell med elendig service, opplevelse av forfall.
Etter å ha besøkt dette hotellet gjentatte ganger opp gjennom årene, og alltid vært fornøyd, var besøket denne gang en opplevelse av elendig service, svakt renhold og rett og slett ett hotell i forfall. Istedet for tidligere, der hotellet har servert en god og innholdsrik buffe, var det denne gangen en meny sammensatt av 3 forskjellige kombinasjoner. I seg selv var dette ok, men når vi ønsket å bestille en ekstra kopp kaffe fikk vi beskjed om å betale for denne. Det var kun en kopp kaffe som gjaldt og som var inkludert i prisen. Renholdet på rommet var til de grader elendig. Spindelvev flere steder i taket, samt store lodotter under sengene, samt generelt svakt renhold på lister og i hjørner. Toalettskålen var sprukket, limt sammen, og så ikke akkurat hygienisk ut. Det hele toppet seg da vi ble beskylt for å røyke på rommet, og de ønsket et gebyr på 250 zloty. I vårt følge er det selvfølgelig ingen som røyker, og det kan virke spekulativt å be om dette. Når man i tillegg blir møtt av en resepsjonist som mer eller mindre ler beskyldningene bort, og opptrer som sur og irritabel, og ikke viser seg å være noen form for imøtekommende, viser dette at hotellet ikke tar service på noen for form alvor. Min anbefaling blir derfor å styre unna dette hotellet.

In your room ( or to be more specific in the bathroom) our maid saw and felt the smoke from the cigarettes. As it is really important for us to keep the hotel air clean, we left you a note that informs you about the additional cost for disinfection of the room from the cigarette smoke. Nevertheless, we accepted and believed in your version, and did not charge you with the fee. As for the room cleaning, we are trying to improve every day and will definitely share your feedback with the housekeeping staff. I’m very sorry for all the inconvenience during your stay. We hope that we can convince you to change your mind about another visit to our property. Please reach out to our reception if you would be willing to give us a chance to turn your experience around. Halvtrist hotell med utmärkt läge
Hotellet låg mitt i Gamla stan med utmärkt utgångsläge. Hotellet var gammaldags med mörkt trä och tunga gardiner. Sängen var ok och badrummet stort och nyrenoverat. Dock var det väldigt mycket störande ljud från alla restauranger omkring och alla som passerade på gatan. Stängt fönster och öronproppar var det som gällde och då var det trist att det inte fanns nån aircondition. Välj ett rum åt andra hållet om ni vill bo här. Fick säga till vid incheckningen att vi inte ville ha städning varje dag vilket innebar att vi inte fick någon alls på 4 dagar. Både duschkräm och toapapper tog slut så det fick vi sno från toaletten vid receptionen. Inte helt nöjd med detta hotell

Incredibly noisy. The room was shaking at 2:30AM from nearby music. When asked to do something about the music or change room the hotel refused to do anything. Don't stay here.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience but the outside noise sometimes cannot be avoided in the central location like ours but we do provide earplugs in each of our superior rooms. As far as I am informed the receptionist called the police and that was all that we could do in this situation. Unfortunately, there was no option for room change as the hotel was fully booked. Perfekt beliggenhet i gamlebyen. Hotellet er gamelt men med kjempe store rom, gode senger ig god mat. Kan anbefales på det sterkeste. Eneste som er litt negativt er støy fra gågaten i gamlebyen men ikke noe problem. Kan nok bli litt varmt på sommeren da det ikke er ac på rommet. Følger med vifte som er positivt

Varamajoituspaikka oli huono
Tämä oli matkani kallein hotellivaraus, joten odotukset olivat korkealla kun saavuin Gdanskiin junalla. Hotelin sijanti oli erittäin hyvässä paikassa lähellä kaikkia vanhankaupungin nähtävyyksiä joten kävelin optimistisena kohti vastaanottotiskiä.. Ilmoittivat kuitenkin samantien että huonetta ei olekkaan saatavilla "teknisten ongelmien vuoksi" - Ehkä olivat myyneet huoneen paremmalla hinnalla jollekkin toiselle turistille? Minulle oli jo järjestetty varamajoitus "with better standards" johonka oli taksikuljetus. Odotin taksia 45 minuuttia. Taksi saapui ja ajoi minut ränsistyneelle alueelle kaukana kaupungin keskustasta. Majoituksen vieressä oli suuri rakennustyömaa ja purkukuntoisia tiilirakennuksia. Ulkona oli noin +31 astetta mutta huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia ollenkaan vaikka piti olla "with better standards". Sänkynä oli kokoontaitettava sohva ja hissi oli täynnä töherryksiä.

Great property right on the long market pedestrian area. Property being an older historic building has no AC, which we were advised upfront. Appreciate the hotel had a fan in the closet as a room amenity. Kudos for that!

Ottimo albergo, ristorante molto meno, purtroppo
Ottima scelta! Stanze confortevoli, belle, accoglienti, pulite e letti comodi. Al check-in accolgono dicendo che al ristorante sarà offerto uno sconto per i clienti dell'albergo ma poi al momento di pagare la cena sostengono che deve essere comunicato prima dell'ordinazione!?? (anche arrivando dall'ascensore e non dalla strada? fuori pioveva copiosamente e non risulti bagnato o con ombrello? e per tutta la cena la chiave della stanza è sempre rimasta in ottima vista sul tavolo?!) peccato sarebbe stato tutto ottimo senza questa sciocchezza di basso stile e pochi soldi!! In ogni caso anche il cibo e le birre disponibili non sono risultati eccezionali. Quanto alla stanza sarebbe opportuna una maggior scelta di canali TV e in lingua inglese.
