In your room ( or to be more specific in the bathroom) our maid saw and felt the smoke from the cigarettes. As it is really important for us to keep the hotel air clean, we left you a note that informs you about the additional cost for disinfection of the room from the cigarette smoke. Nevertheless, we accepted and believed in your version, and did not charge you with the fee. As for the room cleaning, we are trying to improve every day and will definitely share your feedback with the housekeeping staff. I’m very sorry for all the inconvenience during your stay. We are very sorry for the inconvenience but the outside noise sometimes cannot be avoided in the central location like ours but we do provide earplugs in each of our superior rooms. As far as I am informed the receptionist called the police and that was all that we could do in this situation. Unfortunately, there was no option for room change as the hotel was fully booked.
