The cozy balcony will be an ideal place to drink your morning coffee or an evening drink.

A pleasant, landscaped terrace has been created on the premises. A major advantage of the apartment block, apart from its location and attractive appearance, is the building’s communal area - comprising a free gym, a children’s playroom and a sauna (available for an additional charge).

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in 2023. It is located right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation deck located right next door, on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops and service outlets. A pleasant, green terrace has been created on the premises.

Renovation and construction works are being carried out in the building and its vicinity, so noise may reach some rooms. We apologize for the inconvenience.
