We arrived prior to check in and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable as our room was prepared, they were very knowledgeable about the events happening around the city, and so friendly throughout our whole stay. 'The hotel was great. I love the fact that it had indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The room was great. The only thing is the pillows kind of suck, the room was stuffy all night. I had to heat all the way down had the window open still didn’t circulate in the room but other than that, it was fine.'

Not really sure what the problem was. The lady up front quoted us a 15 minute wait that turned out to be a little over an hour. '
