'No elavator to 2nd to floor Unkept feeling upon entry'

'I love the property. I didn't like the parking policy.'

'Hotel is under staffed. Had two ladies responsible for cleaning the entire hotel. We didn’t arrive until after six and they originally put us in a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Housekeeping took our keys and went downstairs to get us a room that was ready. Staff is very helpful just property doesn’t seem to be managed well. Also hot tub was out of service. No late check out available per front desk or you lose your deposit. Not likely to stay at this hotel again.'

'Staying here was definitely a "get what you pay for" situation. The room, while non-smoking, smelled like someone smoked in it for decades and the smell will probably never go away. The bed was made however the pillows looked like they were just tossed on the bed, leaving me to wonder when the bedding was last cleaned. Additionally the bed had significant depressions, leaving me to believe it was very old, or just super poor quality. The bathroom had a soft spot in the floor, right as you walk...

'Large room large bed large pillows and nice cold AC. Clean rooms well lit parking lot. An elevator so you don't need to haul luggage up stairs. It's a really nice place to stay and I would recommend Comfort Inn to anyone looking for a clean quiet get away or business stay.'

'The inside of the hotel was absolutely immaculate. The hotel staff were so kind and always nice. The outside at the entrance door had tons of cigarettes butts all next to trash can. Trash all over behind the hotel on dog runs, lots of dog poop never picked up. Hotel workers sitting in vehicles with friends smoking pot, letting kids take over the pool.
