Adorable and Cozy GOTL Cottage - Pet Friendly

This cozy and adorable traditional Geneva-on-the-Lake Cottage was built in 1948 and freshly renovated. This Lovely PET FRIENDLY cottage has brand new everything and is freshly remodeled and beautifully curated to provide everything you need for your trip to the Lake. Located near the shores of Lake Erie and the Geneva-on-the-Lake Strip.

Come relax or enjoy all the excitement that GOTL has to offer! This quaint Cottage is nicely set up for a ladies` weekend, bachelorette party, trip with friends, couples retreat or family getaway to the lake. Terrific location, walkable to Breakwater Beach and the Strip, and a short drive to Spire and the wineries. Located directly across the street from Lake Erie Cottage 1 has distant Lake views.


This 450 square foot Cottage was built in the 1940`s and originally stood in the historic Chestnut Grove, one of the area`s first cottage encampments. We believe that the cottage was moved to the current location in the late 1960s when the Lodge was built.

Lucky Stone Cottage #1 is the front cottage, located closest to the Lake. This cottage will comfortably house and sleep 5 guests.

Each of the Cottage`s two bedrooms has a full bed with a brand new memory foam mattress, and there is a new pull out twin size sofa bed in the living room. We provide bed linens for all three of the beds.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. It is fully appointed with cookware, dishes and silverware, and should provide you with what you need during your stay. We also offer a complimentary coffee and tea set up for you to enjoy during your stay.

Bathroom has a walk in shower and is supplied with bath linens for five, as well as emergency toiletries.

Cottage is wifi equipped and has a wall mounted flat screen TV for streaming. It has a drying rack for swimsuits and towels, and a basket of colorful beach towels for your use while at the Lake.

The cottage is heated and cooled by a min split to keep you warm on chilly spring or fall evenings and nice and cool during those steamy Lake Erie summers.

This cottage is situated on a small courtyard, which has two cottages in total. You will have full shared use of this courtyard, as well as your own outdoor seating, charcoal grill, and a picnic table with an umbrella. The shared courtyard has a fire-pit for our guests to enjoy and we provide the firewood!

Our property is located directly across the street from the Lake. This cottage is the closest to the Lake and has distant Lake views from the living room.

Parking for a maximum of two cars is on a pad in front of the Cottage, on gravel. Guests will have the entire cottage to themselves and will share the outdoor space with 1 other cottage.
Located in the quieter west end of GOTL, between the Lodge and AdventureZone, yet only a half a mile from the excitement of the Strip. Cottage is a 1.25 mile walk or bike ride, or a 5 minute drive from the beauty and relaxation of Breakwater Beach, where you can swim, relax in the sun or paddle board the day away. Property is across the road from the Lake.

Parking is limited on the property and in GOTL in general. Golf carts and bicycles are available on the strip to rent and are a great way to get around. Many of the area wineries provide a shuttle, and there is even a golf cart taxi service to shuttle you to and from the Strip! We ask that you limit yourself to as few vehicles as possible when staying with us, as parking on the property is limited. You will have space for a maximum of two vehicles when staying at the cottage, Additional parking is available nearby on the Strip. Please note: Parking for this Cottage is on a Gravel pad just off Lake Road E, and cars are not permitted on the courtyard for any reason. Golf Carts are permitted on the courtyard and may be charged on outside outlet at the cottage.
We ask that you limit yourself to two vehicles at your cottage, as parking on the property is limited. Additional parking is available at the GOTL letters, nearby on the Strip. Pets must be kept on a leash when on the property and outside of the cottage. For everyone’s protection there are no exceptions to this rule. Pets must be crated when left alone in the cottage to avoid damage which leads to extra charges.
