Ontsnap naar vrede en rust

Kom genieten van de prachtige zonsondergangen aan de oostkant van Seneca Lake. Deze 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers modern aan het meer, thuis op een bebost terrein aan het einde van een privéweg, zal u zeker ontspannen. Dit huis biedt comfort en voorzieningen te wensen over; rondom dek, open haard, 2 woon / familieruimtes elk met een nieuwe grote HD smart-tv, hi-speed beveiligd internet en nieuwe matrassen in elke slaapkamer. Geniet van een adembenemend uitzicht op het meer vanuit bijna elke kamer in het huis of ga buiten zitten op het terras met uitzicht op het water waar u kunt grillen en eten. U kunt zelfs een glimp opvangen van een van de vele Amerikaanse zeearenden die het pand bezoeken.

Het hoogste niveau heeft twee slaapkamers, een met een kingsize bed met uitzicht op het meer en de andere met een koningin en tweeling. Het lagere niveau heeft twee extra slaapkamers die beide uitkijken op het meer, een met een kingsize bed en een slaapbank en de andere met een queensize bed en een slaapbank. Elk niveau heeft ook een complete badkamer. Alle handdoeken en beddengoed zijn aanwezig en er is ook een wasmachine en droger, strijkijzer en strijkplank.

Het huis heeft centrale airconditioning en plafondventilatoren in elke slaapkamer, maar u wilt misschien gewoon de ramen openen en genieten van de bries die uit het meer komt.

Maak een korte wandeling naar het water, waar u kunt genieten van bijna 200 'van de voorgevel op Seneca Lake met een permanente meer dan 100 voet plus dock die perfect is voor loungen, zwemmen of vissen. De waterdiepte neemt geleidelijk toe en is ondiep genoeg om in te lopen. Er is ook een kano om te gebruiken op uw gemak of breng uw boot en bind het aan onze dock. (Moet worden gestart vanuit het nabijgelegen staatspark)

We zijn binnen 2 mijl van Three Brothers, Zugibee en Ventosa Wineries evenals War Horse Brewing en Bottomless Brewing.
Een korte rit van 12 minuten brengt u naar het centrum van Genève, waar u kunt genieten van heerlijke restaurants en entertainment of op twintig minuten rijden om te winkelen in de Waterloo Premium Outlets.

The kitchen was stocked very well. All the appliances you would ever need. Plenty of dishes and utensils for multiple sittings. Beautiful view of lake from main living/dining area as well as lakefront bedrooms. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Property situated at end of lake road making it very private. I would stay there again!

this is a great place--three bedrooms have lake views, and the deck also looks out on the lake. Good air conditioning and a good setup for dining indoors and out on the deck. Swimming is excellent. It's close to Ventosa vineyards which offers lunches Thursday-Sunday and sunset wine tasting with live music two nights a week.

Great location and house has everything you need to enjoy your stay! It was a hot week and there were some algae blooms in the water that made it unsafe for swimming. Paula communicated this to us immediately. Cleared in a day, but found other fun things to do in the mean time. Enjoyed our time at the lake swimming and playing games!

25th Anniversary Family Celebration

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 25th anniversary with our children and I’d always wanted to see the finger lakes area of NY. My family thoroughly enjoyed this lake house. The views from all the windows were beautiful, the host provided all the little extras to make playing in the lake fun! The sunsets are beautiful from this house as well! It is a great location for exploring Watkins Glen and Seneca Falls as well. The host was also quick to reply when I let her know my oldest son had lost his wedding ring in the lake somewhere around the dock. I highly recommend this house as a perfect family getaway!

We had a wonderful week at the house. The hosts were accessible and hospitable. The binder in the house answered any questions we had. Thy made it easy to check in and check out. The entire house was well cleaned. We enjoyed the large deck attached to the house. We especially enjoyed the dock and water access. The remoteness of the house made it a peaceful stay for us. If there is one thing we could change, it would be the ladder access from the down to the lake. It was a bit tough for some to use.We saw many different types of birds during our stay and even a young deer. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this property. The description and photos were accurate. A beautiful view of the lake. So relaxing! My only suggestion would be to dedicate a cupboard for food. We arrived with 6 bags of groceries and had no where to put them. Overall a wonderful weekend!

Great stay at lake Seneca

We had a wunderful time at this place. The location so close to the lake is amazing. We enjoyed doing yoga at the pier, playing games, preparing meals together and sitting on the terrace. It was so relaxing! What is really great - the kitchen is very well equipped and we didn't miss anything.

This was the most perfectly organized and well equipped rental we’ve ever stayed at! Paula and her family have truly thought of everything and made it so convient for any possible needs! We switched up our annual ladies trip this year. Instead of going to OCMD we decided to do the Finger Lakes! The house was the perfect setting for viewing sunsets in the deck or dock, sitting by the fire near the lake and relaxing! Our host was very nice and helpful!

gorgeous secluded lakefront property

Three of the large, commodious bedrooms have lakefront views. There are living rooms with big TV screens on both floors, and the internet connection is good. The house sits in a secluded woods (there are some other houses, but we never heard a peep!)The walk down to the lake is an easy path. The property is a short drive from good food shopping in Geneva, and just around the corner from Ventosa vineyard which serves a lovely lunch. We enjoyed the wildlife: a pair of eagles watched us swim, we saw herons, a fox and more.

Amazing house for wedding weekend getaway

The pictures of this home don’t do it the justice it deserves, it’s amazing! Extremely clean, stocked with everything you need from kitchen supplies, beach towels, kayaks to enjoy the lake, and other cool touches like binoculars to look at the bald eagles we were able to catch. The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating and were even willing to mail items back that our group forgot. We were here for a wedding weekend but definitely plan on returning for a regular vacation. Their dock provided a great setting for morning swims and afternoon lounge sessions to catch sunset. We will definitely be returning and recommend this house to any group.
