Luxe op toplocatie
Locatie, locatie, locatie! Beter kan niet. Vijfsterrenhotel met alles wat je maar kunt bedenken op de beste plek aan het Lac Léman met uitzicht op de Jet d'eau. Vrijwel alles op loopafstand. In het restaurant en zelfs vanuit de binnentuin heb je uitzicht op Lac Léman en Mont Blanc. Ruime kamers en comfortabele badkamers voorzien van modern comfort. Chocolade van Favarger op het nachtkastje. Er is een spa en een groot zwembad waar je baantjes kan trekken. Daarna lekker loungen in de binnentuin waar de DJ loungehousemuziek draait. Een aperol spritz? Och waarom ook niet? Een mooie plek waar het zeer goed toeven is. Ik ga terug!

geweldig voor koppels en zakenlieden
Het is een vijf-ster hotel en dat was echt te merken, we hebben enorm genoten van de uitzicht en vonden het fijn dat er verschillende dingen te doen zijn in het hotel. Je hoefde haast niet het hotel uit om iets te doen. Er zijn winkels, mooie spa, zwembad en terras.

The bath had paint marks and was not resolved during my stay. I had to phone to get the iPad working and we were not offered free city bus tickets. Breakfast tea was not great either. I have stayed there many time before under kempinski and standard was better then. Will consider alternative next time. For 5 stars hotel small details count.

The property is outdated, room is outdated. Toilet bowl clogged and makes a 3 minutes loud noise after flushing. Mattress is not premium just standard. I noticed an oily stain on the chair when we got there. For $700 a night I expected much better. Only credit I would give is the staff being nice and professional, housekeeping did a good job too. hotel restaurant is exaggerating pricey considering the portions.

Disappointing
Geneva is beautiful and would definitely return. The hotel was clean and staff were efficient. The room was good but not value for money, curtains were practically immoveable and there were six cheap coffee pods, no teabag options or creamers and a cup of tea was 11chf via room service not what we expected from a premium brand hotel. You could only sit in the lounge if you purchased something, a new experience for us…… The lake view from the lounge is obscured by some superfluous architectural glass lean to which is sad as it takes away both the view and the light. Would try another less expensive lakeside hotel next time Disappointing 😐
