Gentile Signore, Siamo lieti che abbia trovato l'albergo carino. In effetti, le regole legislative della citta', rispetto al clima, non ci hanno permesso l'istallazione di aria condizionale murale. Per quel motivo abbiamo messo un ventilatore e una ara condizionata portatile. Abbiamo fatto il massimo per accoglierla al meglio nonostante non ci erano fondo sul suo modo di pagamento, abbiamo tenuto la sua stanza fino all'arrivo. In piu', l'unica domanda da parte sua sulle attività era rispetto ad un altro museo di orologio, Le ho informato e aveva rispondo che come si trovava fuori città, non ci sarebbe andato. Tutto il personale ha seguito un corso dato dall'ufficio dell turismo di Ginevra ed è in totale capacità di rispondere a domande sulle attività disponibili secondo ai gusti e interessi dei clienti.Cordiali saluti,Linda ARNAUD

I found your reservation on Expedia, and we did not see on it the VIP status... otherwise you would have of course benefit from it !
