The Lakehouse offers a unique, luxurious experience that goes beyond a typical hotel, designed with our extended family and guests in mind.

PLEASE NOTE: Our beautiful human being of a mother-in-law resides in a cozy mother-in-law suite at the rear of the property, along with her extremely safe and friendly petite dog named Violet. Both she and Violet are wonderfully warm, inviting, and always respectful of your privacy. You may see them out and about, perhaps grabbing the mail or taking a walk around the lake—feel free to say hello! They love meeting new people and bringing a little extra sunshine to the property, all while being mindful not to intrude on your space.

Venture just 2 hours north to explore St. Augustine, the oldest continuously inhabited European settlement in the U.S., or head south to Clearwater Beach, renowned for its sugar-white sands and ranked as one of the world’s top beaches.

As you enter The Geneva Lakehouse, you’ll be greeted by captivating local photos and specially curated photo books from local authors. These collections showcase the rich history of Geneva, Florida, and highlight the historical significance of this location, where Central Florida’s early settlements first began.

• Laundry Room: For your convenience, we’ve provided detergent, dryer sheets, as well as an iron and ironing board. Please be mindful not to overload the washer or dryer to ensure optimal performance.
