Amazing House!
Turtle Bay House 2 was an amazing experience. Robert was such a great host and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to those traveling to Exuma. The view from the balcony was incredible and the location was close to many beaches and restaurants.

WOW! What an amazing house!
This place is fantastic! the views, the balcony, the size! We will definitely be staying here again! Communication with the host was great! Our only real issue was we did not have hot water until our 6th and final day and the water pressure was very low. The host did try her best to get the water fixed for us though; which shows how caring this place is. I would recommend bringing soap for your bathroom and extra towels.

Just Liked I Dreamed About
My stay at Turtle Bay 2 was just like I dreamed about. The property was very nice, and the views of the sea from my unit were breathtaking and a beautiful way to wake up to the day. The property had everything we needed and was in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go on the island. This is what I have been dreaming about for eight years, and it finally happened, just like in my dream. I will be returning year after year because I have now found my place of healing, release, renewal, rejuvenation, tranquility, serenity, happiness, and peace. My new island home away from home!

Great stay, great location, and amazing views
The home offers plenty of space and comfort for a family to enjoy. The wrap around deck offered stunning views of Hooper's Bay. We also enjoyed relaxing in the swimming pool a few evenings after our day of activities and watch the sunset. The house is located almost in the center of Great Exuma. It made getting around really nice since you could get to either end of the island in about 30 minutes. Supper convenient to the airport (10 minute drive) and 2 grocery stores close by. It's only a 5 minute walk to the Hooper's Bay beach access to go swim with the turtles as well. The only 2 negative things we found were the door handles are difficult to turn and the lock on the front door stuck in the lock position when we went out the door twice locking behind us and the shower water pressure is really low. The positives of this house far outweigh the few inconveniences and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location and VIEW!
We had such a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend to anyone! The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans, oil, saran wrap, etc. The house has A/C which is a huge bonus. There was also a large fan that we used at night for white noise (we're fan sleepers). The beds were comfortable. Towels for beach and bath were supplied along with beach chairs, cooler, and an umbrella. The view is stunning. It's literally 180 degree view of turquoise water. The porch is deep and has comfy seating. We sat out there a lot to read and relax. The pool is a bonus! We used it a few times at the end of the day and it was a great temperature and size. The beach- the closest is a 5 min walk to Turtle Bay/Hooper's Bay. The sand is white and fine and YES there were turtles right there in the bay! We ventured out to several other beaches- Coco Plum, Tropic of Cancer, Stocking Island, and Forbes Hill. This location was superb. Seemed like we were right in the middle of the island and could get to both northern and southern points in about 30 min. There were 3 grocery stores nearby, one within walking distance. We cooked breakfast at the house each day, had lunch out, and ate our leftovers for dinner each night. Meals were at Splash, Big D's, Stocking Island Bar, and Shirley's. Thank you so much for this wonderful accommodation! The caretakers were fabulous too!

Excellent Property!
This was our first trip to Great Exuma and this property was the perfect place to stay to enjoy all the island had to offer. The elevated location offered amazing views of Hooper's Bay and wonderful breezes. Our daughter loved the pool. This property is clean, spacious, and well maintained. The owner is very responsive and a wealth of knowledge, offering suggestions on what to do and where to go. We loved our time on Exuma and look forward to a return trip. We will book this property again!

House has a great view of Hoopers Bay, a great place to enjoy calm waters and swim with sea turtles. Centrally located, with Tropic of Cancer beach at the south east end, and Coco Plum an equal distance to the west and George Town 10 minutes away. Food and ALC only about 3 minutes away. You should get a car, 4 wheel drive is not needed. The house is comfortable. Kitchen has it all in my view. Owner is onlly a mile or two away and is willing to help with info and suggestions.. We have been to Exume 3 times, twice at this property and are planning on returning next year.

Beautiful View of Hooper's Bay
We had a great week at Turtle Bay 2 - the view of Hooper's Bay is terrific! The breezes thru the great room kept the house cool, no AC needed. Robert greeted us as we arrived and gave us a good overview of the property and Exuma in general. The pool was nice for the hot days, and the beach chairs came in handy for trips to nearby beaches. Sometimes the water pressure was lower than expected, but it was generally ok. Robert was also helpful in recommending the local Doctors Hospital for our return Covid test. Appointment made online, quick/easy testing, and results emailed to us within the hour. Very nice.... Overall, Turtle Bay was a nice place and would very much consider for our next trip to Exuma.

Rob is a great host! He is very attentive and his property includes everything you need for a day on the beach, grilling on the balcony, or enjoying a book as you relax and gaze at the JAW DROPPING heavenly blue colors of Hooper's Bay. The pool is also a nice touch especially with young kids or teens. This is our 2nd visit to Exuma and would book this location again in a heart beat.

A full 1600 sq ft masterpiece with a wrap around balcony. We didnt want to leave. An easy walk to the bay where sea turtles swim with you in the late morning. This is the second time we have stayed at this house. The kitchen has everything you will require to cook a meal. Smitty’s and Prime Meats is close by and are the best place to shop for groceries. Wonderful stay at the Turtle Bay house
Beautiful property overlooking Hoopers Bay. Amazing views of the water - we saw sea turtles and a large ray from the deck. Just a short walk to the Hoopers Bay beach, which is spectacular. Swam with turtles and met so many wonderful people. Prime Island Meats is a very short walk from the house, too. Had an amazing time and can’t wait to return!

Can’t beat this covered porch.
The view from the covered porch is better than a picture can show. Looking over Hoopers bay the amazing colors of blue are constantly changing. The covered porch on all four sides allows for sun, shade, breezes or calm, up to you. The walk to turtle beach only takes 4 minutes, it’s not a great path, but it’s worth it. The beach rarely has many people on it, the sand is finer than most beaches on the island and you are almost guaranteed to see a few sea turtles every time.

Awesome property and convenient location!
We had an absolutely wonderful week at Turtle Bay. The house was comfortable, clean, and had a million dollar view from the wraparound deck! The property manager was very friendly, informative, and responsive. Very convenient location with several stores nearby. Bring snorkel gear and you can swim with the sea turtles within walking distance! A great experience altogether, would do it again in a heartbeat.

The Perfect Place!
As first time visitors to Exuma, Turtle Bay Villas was the perfect place. Very close to George Town made it ideal. The property is lovely and the accommodations are great. The VIEW is unbelievable. Waking up every morning to that view was a pleasure. Owners, Carla and Rob, went beyond with the hospitality and attention. The first full day we were there, the winds on the island were off the charts forceful. Not normal. The door leading out to the balcony got caught in the wind, hit the side of the villa and shattered! Glass everywhere. Rob and team did not hesitate to make it right, A new door was up in 24 hours! Rebecca the property manager was outstanding as well. Always available if needed. Do check this place out, you will not be disappointed! We will return.

Awesome views that never end!
Our stay at Turtlebay was awesome! The views were amazing and the color of the water was continually changing! The place was very clean and spacious, and nice and comfortable. There was nothing bad about it. The property manager Rebecca was absolutely awesome! She was a wealth of information because we had many questions about places to go and what to do, and she always steered us in the right direction, literally! The pig swim boat tour was amazing. Stocking Island was a great time. Shirley’s, Splash and Chat-N-Chill had awesome food. And the straw market kept us coming back several times for all their handmade island treasures. The pool at Turtlebay was wonderful as we had very hot weather. And a short walk to the beach down to Hoopers Bay was the most incredible thing as we swam and fed the turtles and got great videos and photos! A vacation to remember for sure! I will definitely visit again and would stay at Turtlebay. Although food and gas in most things were very expensive the money exchange was equal to the US. Driving on the opposite side of the car and opposite side of the road was very interesting but we managed. Overall it was probably the best vacation I’ve ever had. And the Bahamas is a very beautiful country and the people were so nice and friendly and helpful and always had a smile for us. I would highly recommend this place and all the great things that go with it…

Amazing view and access to nice beach
Turtle Bay 2 is a great place to stay if you prefer privacy over an all-inclusive resort. The facilities were clean and comfortable, just a few minor issues such as a missing towel rack in one bathroom and a weird noise coming from the fridge (we think it was the ice maker). The road/driveway to the house is rough, could use repaving - just be careful if you have a rental car. The location is great - within walking distance to Hooper's Bay beach (semi-private with sea turtles and shade!), although we drove & parked across from the beach access. It is also close to Georgetown, which is the nearest town for shopping and restaurants. We loved the view - had coffee on the porch every morning. We didn't really take advantage of the pool but it is very nice. Despite other guests being there at the same time in the other two properties, it was very private - we hardly saw each other. Rebecca, the property manager, was very helpful once we were able to make contact a few days before our trip. Overall, Turtle Bay 2 was a pleasant place to stay on our trip.

Nice stay at Turtle Bay House 2
We chose this home for the view and that did not disappoint in any way. We loved waking to the view of Hoopers Bay every morning. The home was as pictured in the photos and pretty much as described. A short walk from the home and we were able to see the resident turtles on Hooper's Bay. We had good communication with the manager Rebecca. She was also quite helpful in answering questions about the island. We enjoyed the pool on a few occasions, but frequently came back from exhausting days in the hot Bahamian sun to shower and relax on the deck while listening to music playing on our portable speaker.  The washer downstairs allowed us to enjoy our 10 day stay without having to pack too many clothes. A supermarket visit before arriving or soon after you arrive at the home is key to stock up on all that you will need. There is a liquor store, as well as two minimarts, nearby (1 minimart is walkable and the other a 4 minute drive or so).

Great Place to Relax and Enjoy the Pool, the Beach and the View
If you're looking for a place to relax this is it. This is our third time in the Exumas and first time staying at this property and it definitely will be in our short list next time. We rented a boat for 3 days so really didn't need to rent a car. For our fourth and last day, we decided to enjoy the swiming pool and the beach, which is a short 10-minute walk from the house. Rebecca, the property manager, was great. Excellent stay!

Simply Paradise
We stayed at Turtle Bay 2 (top level condo unit). First of all, Rob is an amazing host. He met us at the property and gave us the royal tour. He was available to answer questions and even let us use his private paddle boards. Secondly the views from this property are amazing! Whether you are at the pool or on the deck, Hoopers Bay is a beautiful place for home base. This was our second time to Exuma and we loved every minute of our stay. Coco plum beach was a must, in addition to Tropic of Cancer, Chat n chill, Hoopers Bay and Jolly Hall. The local deli, Prime Meats and Smitty's served all our home cooking preferences. I highly recommend this property. Thank you again Rob!

Stunning
This was our fourth time on island and my family absolutely loved this home. The views were fantastic, two master suites worked out well for us, and the pool was a welcome amenity at the end of the day exploring. Rebecca, the property manager, was spectacular and all communications with the home owners was great. This property does not sit on the beach but you cannot argue with the views and turtle beach is not far away. It is also very centrally located on the island so a trip to Cocoplum Beach or Tropic of Cancer are not a really far drive. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Wonderful vacation!!
This was our first time to Exuma and we were blown away! The Turtle Bay House 2 was perfect. It was very clean and spacious. The views from the porch were breathtaking. The pictures do not do it justice. It was the best view on the island! We loved waking up each morning and having our first cup of coffee watching the sun rise on that porch. The pool was a nice added feature, even though we only used it once during our stay. Carla and Rob were great, they took us to the house and showed us everything we needed to know. Great hosts! The grocery store (Smitty's) and liquor store were not far from the house and the deli was very close. I have no complaints about the house or Exuma. We will definitely be coming back and will be staying here again.

Truly stunning views
Turtle Bay 2 certainly lived up to the advertised, most beautiful view in Exuma. Robert welcomed us and the unit was everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Comfortable beds, kitchen had the basics and the wrap around porch with the breeze was amazing. Walk to the beach was some further than we expected but doable. So many amazing beaches to visit, Forbes Hill and Cocoa Plum are both must see beaches. Prime Island deli was within walking distance and has about everything one would need for lunch or dinner items. Thank you Robert for a great stay, hope to return soon.
