Family Reunion
Enjoyed 3 days gathering here, lots to do- ping pong, pool, corn holes and even kayaking and paddle board. The weather cooperated as we were outside a lot and then enjoyed s'mores around the fire pit!

Overall, the property was just as pictured and we had a good time. The walk down to the water was a bit more steep than we realized but it was completely doable. Having a paddle board and kayaks available for us to use was nice!

Amazing Property
This property is so beautiful! The spacious home gave our family plenty of room to spread out with room for the adults to visit, as well as teens and kids to play games downstairs. The private dock was the best and we used it multiple times during our stay, as well as all the kayaks, paddleboards and water fun. The kitchen was well stocked, and it was great having the second kitchen downstairs for overflow and the teens hangout area. The owners were also super attentive and came over on our first day to grab us some additional supplies - top notch service!! We highly recommend this home. Our family loved it for our getaway! Tennessee is just beautiful and we loved our time in your home. Thank you.

Great Lake house for a group
We had a relaxing long weekend with family. This house is easy to enjoy- great space and flow. Kitchen is well equipped. Grill was excellent. The basement area was a huge hit with pool, ping pong, shuffleboard and fooseball. All games were in very good condition. We were surprised to find the bunk bed room is actually the HVAC room. We had to shut off the ac at night so the room could be used to sleep- otherwise, it was very noisy in that room. Fortunately, it did not cause any problems to turn off the air overnight and we stayed comfortable temperature-wise. The other basement bedroom (1 queen) needs a new bed- the current one was incredibly loud if you moved on it at all. The rest of the house more than made up for those two complaints- just think it is helpful to note as you are planning a big group. Teens and younger complain less than adults about beds. Upstairs 3 bedrooms and all bathrooms were great. The dock and water were wonderful. We had the best time with the kayaks and paddle boards.

Yearly family trip
Every year, all of my brothers and sisters, their kids, my kids, our spouses and our parents go on a family trip. We decided to try somewhere new this year and the house and property did not disappoint. There was so much to do at the house and, we enjoyed our days on the water, kayaking and paddle boarding. We would definitely stay here again next year!

Perfect Family Vacation
Multi generational family, we spent the week, swimming, fishing, grilling, and being together! The house was perfect for that!! Plenty of room for everyone, there was 14 of us total. Fishing was great!! Total fish caught 75.. kids loved it. The kayaks, paddle boards and some other things that were in the garage ( blow up’s) were great for the kids. (Even the big kids). The view from the top porch for coffee is my recommendation. Thank you for a fabulous week of making memories! We only had one question (non issue) during the week and Tiffany responded very quickly! 10/10 would book again!

Family stay
My family and I had a great time staying at the house. Tiffany was very responsive with all of our questions. The house is located on a quiet and scerene lake. We found activities nearby for everyone in our group to enjoy (with ages ranging from 7 to 80!) and also had fun playing with the water toys at the house. I was disappointed with our check-in. We arrived about 5 min prior to 3pm and the cleaning staff was still cleaning the house. They finished about an hour or so after we arrived. I would recommend the bath towels be updated. There were not many hand towels and the bath towels and washcloths looked a little dingy and some had holes. It also would be nice for lake towels to be provided. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the water toys were great. Overall, we had a great time.

Lake House
Extended family had an incredible time at this lake house. This may have been our best rental ever. Tiffany and Dan were very responsive to our questions and needs. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. The setting was beautiful. The kids enjoyed the provided paddle boards and kayaks, the big hit was the fishing! In the basement the kids loved the ping pong and other games. There was ample room for all to spread out. We made a few trips to Chattanooga, even though it took 50 min. We took advantage of the aquarium, Lookout Mt., Duck boat, the incline, restaurants and breweries.

Gorgeous lake house!!
This property was amazing and exactly what my group wanted for our stay. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We had so much fun on the lake that we skipped a day at our conference just to enjoy the property more. We all had a blast and would definitely return. Thank you!

Beautiful View
We had a great time. Lots of good ping pong. My nephew went fishing off the pier and caught a pretty big bass which delighted our grandchildren, and after a few "oohs and ahh"s" was thrown back into the water. It is a great family house with lots to enjoy. What we didn't like was the overall cleanliness. The house needs a deep cleaning. Refrigerators were dirty and kitchen cupboards need a detail cleaning. The outdoor furniture needed a good wash. Toilet seats need replacing. These are details that may not necessarily dampen the good time but it takes away from the word "luxury" in the description.

Great home!
We were here for a wedding at Howe Farms. The house easily fit the whole bridal party and our family! There were plenty of places to hang out and the overall vibe was everyone loved it. Its about 20 minutes to the wedding venue from the home, but then again the wedding venue is out in the country. There are a ton of restaurants and shops 1 exit down in Cleveland TN and once you get a hang of the roads its not too bad!

We had a reservation for 20 since all the groomsmen and the grooms family stayed in the house. This was an excellent place for this. The basement was a great hang out place! My only concern was that the reservation was for 20 but there were not 20 towels, blankets, pillows ect. If you are a big group bring some of your own linens. Thanks for sharing your home.

We had our son’s rehearsal dinner in the house. Plenty of room, great view. Beautiful home. One of the best parts of the house is the neighbor Jim omg what a darling man. Checking in was so easy. It was just perfect

Needs to be cleaned
We had a issue with the cleanliness of the house. Floors were dirty. Dishes were dirty. We had to wash the dishes before we used them because there was still food specs on some of them. There was barely a lake there so that would’ve been nice to know. Beds need an update. A few of us had back pain waking up especially the bunk beds. The kitchen was a bit unorganized. The jets in the tub in the master bedroom definitely need to be cleaned out. Also the propane grill was so filthy, we didn’t even get to use it. We did have fun in our stay but I was just on edge about the cleaning. The view was very nice and I really like the layout of the house.

Loved our stay
This house is one of the best places we have ever stayed. We traveled from Florida for our daughter’s wedding. The house was very clean and was just as described. We left some of our belonging and Dan was so kind as to mail them to us If we ever travel to Tennessee again we would definitely stay here.

We enjoyed our stay We did have an issue with the bugs inside We saw 2 roaches Outside there were numerous beer bottles, cigarette butts, and we felt like walking from the yard to the dock was a little dangerous due to the erosion (large hole) between the yard and dock walkway. We were disappointed that the boat that’s listed for use wasn’t available, due to maintenance. The home was welcoming and worked for our weekend

It's a beautiful home, in a very relaxing and private location.
Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would definitely stay there again. We needed a rental convenient to Howe Farms for a wedding and it was very convenient. Everyone enjoyed the back deck, the large back yard, and sitting on the boat dock. The home was very clean top to bottom. Note to mgmt: The boys couldn't play one the game tables because they said it was missing the powder or chalk. And It was out of dishwashing tabs but all other supplies were very well-stocked. I stayed in the master BR and slept really well! The pillows were great, the bed was great! The jacuzzi tub was nice but had a couple of jets not working. Just letting the owner know in case they need to have it checked. We really appreciate that the owners allow pets. Our 2 little fur-babies loved it there too. We'll probably come back in the summer time.

The host was readily available for questions. The view is perfect, house was just as pictured & well maintained. The only downside was a missing set of sheets for one of the sofa sleepers. This could make for an easy stay put vacation for all ages.

Spacious Lake House
Beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone! We really enjoyed laying out on the giant dock, swimming in the calm water, and eating meals in the spacious living area. Great hangout space on the bottom floor! Highly recommend staying here, especially for giant / conjoined families! A trip into town is only 20 minutes away - all the stores you could possibly need! Would book again! 😊

Family Lake Get Away
We rented this lake house for a family summer get together with 14 total including my 80+ year old parents and a large group of teenagers. The house was as advertised and Tiffany and Dan were tremendous hosts and extremely responsive to the few questions we had prior to visiting as well as when we arrived. The house was very clean and updated. I know another reviewer commented about the ping pong and pool tables being old........they aren't new, but were very usable and the kids had fun playing on them along with the foosball table. The dock was excellent and we enjoyed having coffee down on it in the mornings and enjoying the beautiful and peaceful views. The hill down to the dock is just a little steep, but my 83 year old mother was able to get down to it just fine. We also rented the pontoon and had a blast taking the kids tubing on the river and lakes and also just taking it out and floating and enjoying the weather and swimming in the lake. The pontoon is very nice with a 175 four stroke motor to give it plenty of power to pull even 4 on a large tube at one time. We also enjoyed taking the pontoon over to the nearby B&B Marina (which was just completely remodeled) for dinner one night which was fun. We also met the neighbors while out on the dock and they were also extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Overall, we had a great time and were very pleased with the property and with the tremendous hosts Tiffany and Dan. We highly recommend the property.

Great Lake House
This is the second year we have rented this lake house and it is perfect for our family of 14! It is clean and well stocked! There is so much to do with the game room, covered dock area, fire pit and lots of room to just relax! The lake is beautiful! We love coming here for a week and will definitely be back next year!

Exceeded expectations
The property was clean and organized. Communication with property management was easy and prompt. The house had canoes, kayaks, paddle boards and fishing poles. We rented the pontoon boat for two days and enjoyed exploring. We look forward to coming back.

Wonderful!
Our family had a wonderful time at this lake house. There was plenty of space for both adults and children. On sunny days we totally enjoyed the lake and dock. On rainy days the game room was perfect for shooting pool or just playing a board game. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking needs. The beds and furniture are clean and very comfortable. Plenty of televisions for those who needed them. We would definitely stay there again for our next family reunion.

Disappointed with conditions of home and contents of kitchens
Floors were black we cleaned them 3 times water was black. Called property mgt they sent cleaning ladies. Pans are so rusted out would never cook on them. Kitchen gadgets were dirty. Couldn’t use the 2 barbecues they were filthy we had our own so we only used ours. Said hot tub no hot tub was removed. Jet bathtub in master squired out mold black slime. Just gross. boat didn’t work son in law got it working we cleaned the boat it was filthy. Back yard was in kept. We cleaned the windows upon arrival as it was covered in spider webs. I could go on and on. I paid a lot and although a nice house it needs major work and a new property mgt. I rented it but owner sold it a few weeks before my stay. Sorry I have to do this but this was a first bad review for me. I did not relax I was stressed the whole time.

Fathers Day Getaway
Great Location on the river. The house & dock were great! The owners were very nice & helpful and got us anything we needed. The only negative things to say is the “extras” are very worn. The pool table is falling apart, the ping pong table has been spilled on too many times, the corn hole boards are old and bean bags are losing beads. The dishes in the kitchen need to be looked at and some need to be thrown away because they are very worn. A larger rug in the living room would keep the couch from coming apart. Also they need another dish towel for the kitchen if possible. We will definitely be back though! Such a nice spot for our family to spend Father's Day!

Great Location
The house is beautiful and located in a stunning setting. We were in town for a wedding so we had lots of family. The house has a complete kitchen downstairs as well as up. The downstairs also has a pool table, foosball table, ping pong and some sort of shuffle board game. It is perfect for those with kids. The owners were very responsive when we contacted them.

Wedding Weekend
We stayed for an extended weekend before our son’s wedding. I knew I needed a place where we could host a rehearsal dinner, and it turned out to be a wonderful place for the groomsmen to have their (G rated)“bachelor party.” They grilled out, kayaked, swam, paddle boarded and fished and had a fun, relaxing time. The downstairs game room served as a wonderful space for the rehearsal dinner, and gave the family and friends lots to do. The absolute silence in the evenings did wonders for my soul and the natural beauty of the place was even better than the photos. They even had an outdoor fire pit which we never even got around to using. Maybe next wedding We were extremely happy with our stay.
