Great place! Even better Host!
This place is great! Close to everything in town, clean, very quiet, perfect size for small family. We had the best communication with our host Jim that I’ve ever had in a rental! Very cozy condo! Also, we left our suns pillow and stuffed animal and Jim went WAY out of his way to get it back to us! We appreciate him so much and would rent from him again and again! Thanks again for a stress free stay! If you’re going to Georgetown to ride the Christmas train but don’t want to drive all the way back down the mountain, this is the place to stay!

Nice little spot for a mountain getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this little condo by the lake in Georgetown. The proximity to the lake is a definite bonus and you're right by Clear Creek running by as well. The only better place to be would be closer to downtown perhaps, but the nearness of the lake is such a perk especially as it has a long walking trail all the way around it. The condo is tastefully decorated and clean. Large rooms and a full laundry room complete with detergent make your stay very homey especially with added touches like extra luggage racks, blankets for cozy couch time, a fully stocked closet of games, and comfortable beds. The condo is on the first floor which is really nice when unloading; the only downside is the tiny deck without much of a view due to the tall fence. When checking in be sure to look closely at the visual key box instructions, it can be a bit tricky. We would return to this location if a house with a yard wasn't available.

Very quiet
We had a great time in this updated and quiet condo. Check-in was simple and the condo is very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Lots of towels in the bathroom, condiments in the fridge, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We didn’t try the TVs but there is one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Master bedroom bed was comfortable. We very much enjoyed dinner at Alpine Restaurant and Bar (the Spicy Pig pizza was great!) and after dinner dessert and drinks at Sweet Easy (the couple who owns it are super nice!).

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is easy access to hiking and other activities. Communication with Jim the owner was EXCELLENT! He answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Directions to the condo were easy to follow and check in and check out were super simple! You won't go wrong booking with him!

Great Georgetown Location
Great place right in the mountains with easy access to restaurants and higher peaks. Only a little over an hours from Denver. The B&B had two good size bedrooms and common area. Kitchen was well stocked. Jim was responsive to questions, and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely go back if in the area.

Ski get away
The condo felt like home. It was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the cozy bunk beds, we had fun playing the games at the condo, walking along the frozen lake and popping in to the brewery to warm up and staying for drinks and dinner. Skiing was lovely, it was nice to get to sleep in and just be a 15 min drive to our ski area. The owner was welcoming and so hospitable- we’d love to come back!

Cozy & convenient
Enjoyed our stay in Georgetown. This property was spacious enough for the three of us plus would have accommodate more easily. Spacious bedrooms and bath. Living area is small but between the living and dining area it will accommodate 4-6 ok. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. They even have a nice griddle to cook breakfast on. Creek just steps away from the condo, nice restaurant and conveniences just steps away. Downtown is a nice walk through a neighborhood. Georgetown is definitely a nice hub location for skiing, hiking and sight seeing.

Wonderful Place to Stay
We noticed immediately how clean it was. It had everything we needed and was easy to get to. We really enjoyed that it was on the back side away from the main road. When you walk out of the building the river is right there across the small parking lot. If you fly fish, the river right there had lots of fish. We highly recommend this place.

Great property, great location!
We were so impressed with this rental. It was clean, smelled nice, and was really beautifully updated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in the condo. The bedrooms and bathroom were all a really nice size. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The location of the rental was perfect for a family. Ground-level so no need to cart the kids and all of the things up and down the stairs. Located right on the creek (which the kids LOVED). This is our third time staying in Georgetown and this was our favorite rental by far. J.R. was extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Spotless and Quiet
The unit is so well appointed with excellent amenities - there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't provided. We spent most of our time with local family, but for sleeping and morning coffee we were very comfortable. The unit is on the back side of the small complex away from the noise of I-70 which is a real plus. Access was easy and location perfect. Will stay here again!

An overall good experience. Good location. Close to other interesting small towns. The rental patio is very small. Two small people can sit there with little space for movement. Quick getaway
This property was perfect for a 5-day trip for two. We were flying into Denver but wanted to stay in the mountains and be able to easily go further up. I hadn't been to Georgetown for years and am so glad we chose that city and this property just as the leaves were changing in late September 2021. We'll definitely be back again with our kids and larger fishing poles!

One of the Better stocked places we’ve stayed at in Colorado. Great location to access winter park, red rocks, Boulder & Mt Evans. Perfect for an adult couple & 2-4 kids. Would definitely make a return trip. Limited access to shopping an amenities due to reduced hours. So check before you leave.

Working with the owner was easy , he responded right away when we had difficulty understanding the lockbox 🙃 The condo was very well stocked, lots of towels, toiletries, etc. Nice furnishings, comfortable sofas, clean and up to date. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay here again in a minute. Another nice thing about this condo, is the creek side location, opposite the highway noise. Also, we walked to dinner at Coopers on the Creek, and the Vietnamese Pho restaurant. If you are staying in Georgetown, I highly recommend this condo!

Great condo in the mountains
Had a great stay in this cute condo in Georgetown for our group of 3. The outside of the building looks a bit older than the surrounding condos, but once we got into the unit, we found it was clean, modern and comfortable, with a nice view of the mountains out of the sliding door to the patio. Everything we needed was there to cook, relax, and play (including a closet full of board games). Georgetown is centrally located with plenty of local shops and great hiking trails only minutes away - it also makes a good home base for easy day trip to nearby areas. Communication with the property owner was good. Would stay again.

Great location. Perfect size for my family. Pretty much loaded with everything needed down to pots and pans, bedding, washer/dryer to board games etc. We was just minutes from Loveland ski area and Frisco. Early morning walks along the creek side was an extra bonus. Great communication with owner on a little problem that we had at the condo but other than that he made it right and we loved our time on vacation and residing at this condo on the creek. Would like to stay again on our next venture to the mountains. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Second stay here!
This is our second stay here and that should say something. The space is great, very clean and comfortable. We love the centralized location. Just a short drive to tons of beautiful hiking trails and climbs and good restaurants ...pretty much halfway in between Frisco/Breck and and Idaho Springs. Nice to be away from the heavy tourists areas too.

Great stay in Georgetown
This was a great place to stay in Georgetown. We are budget travelers and like to cook at home and take our own lunches to the ski slopes. We loved having a kitchen to help us do that. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 kids who are large teens. It was clean, comfy, cosy and yet loads of room. The host was fabulous and so quick to communicate. We ski Loveland, but this would be a great summer stay with hikes, the train, historic downtown, Loveland pass and easy access to all of Summit county. A perfect place to stay for skiing Loveland, A Basin, Keystone or Breckenridge as well. Perfect, thank you!

Quiet condo perfect location
