'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the room, the staff, the energy to help at all times were top notch. I forgot my passports in the room safe and 1 day later they were mailed back to me! Communication was immediate and pleasant. I also enjoyed the food at Zephyr, especially the salmon and crab cakes! I will definitely be returning to Hotel Phoenix!'

'This hotel is a whole VIBE!!! Not a place for staying up in the room and chilling, more of a party all night and take a nap type of hotel! It’s clean, so clean it makes you feel like it was a grand opening. City view gives you a perfect view, room size is just enough and not overly cluttered with furniture and the decor was very cool. Staff was amazing! Imani checked us in and she was excellent! The staff checking us out was so nice! We will stay with them again!'

'I would like to express my disappointment regarding our experience during our extended stay today.
We paid approximately $285 to keep our room until 5:00 PM, even though we were not staying overnight. Before extending our stay, we confirmed with the front desk multiple times that our room would remain available and that we would not be disturbed, as my husband had a very important teleconference scheduled during the afternoon.

'Mooi hotel dichtbij de Mercedes Arena voor NFL games van de Falcons(2 minuten lopen) en bijv Coca Cola museum of Georgia Aquarium Wij hadden helaas een kamer naast de liften welke je extreem hoorde dus dat is geen aanrader voor het geld wat je voor de kamers betaald. Verder is de parkeermogelijkheid prima alleen wel aan de prijs voor meerdere dagen. Als je liefhebber bent van NFL neem zeker dit hotel, service is perfect en zeer schone en mooie kamers met goed uitzicht.'
