'Room was nice enough, we really loved the conviene of having a mini fridge and microwave, especially because we were traveling with an infant, the breakfast had lot of variety, we went at different times each day of our stay and was fresh, parking was well lit, the best part was the location, we were close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. 'Front desk clerk had her kids in pajamas at work. GM was unkind and refused to speak with me about room condition also I was given room key and the room was not clean. No refund given. We did NOT STAY. Horrible hotel, unsanitary'

'I had to be asked to move to another room. I had booked an extra day and the room that I got was horrible. The bathroom was so filthy that I could not even take a bath. The wallpaper was coming off and it looks like it had mold. Also, the bed was itchy and I was scared of bed bugs. They did moved me the next day and it was better. I will never book at this location again'

'I would not stay here again even if the room was free! There was no breakfast, dining area or kitchen. The rooms were dirty. There were lots of foul odors throughout the entire hotel. The several outlets not working. Bathroom fan did not work. The shower handle was improperly installed and caused water to shut off as you increase the temperature. The water pressure also decreases as you increase temperature. The staff did not want to help. There were no towels in the room. Has to call a number...

'If I could give this a no start I would. The first room they gave wasn't even cleaned fully, but the second room was worse. One of the beds were broken, there was no hot water! And there was and awful smell. The rooms are old and need more then a half assed paint job. Front desk did nothing after switching us the first time. Thankfully my son got us a different hotel the next day. Was not offered a refund or apology.'

'Stay away from this place. Do not place your family or yourself in danger. I ended up having to get treated by paramedics and police for an injury I sustained in this place. There was a broken glass pipe under the mattress that cut me.'
