'We picked this property because it was near enough to a festival / concert my partner and I were attending in the area and the hotel seemed to offer a considerable value for the reasonable room rate. Upon arrival, we understood why the rate was attractive -- the property appeared to have been largely neglected, at least in terms of the grounds and gardening. 'The home was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, cozy and bright. The kitchen had all amenities we needed for the weekend including small appliances, ice and coffee. The self check-in process was super easy and the host was great at staying in touch with us. We didn't have children staying with us but the home is well outfitted for families with small children. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a cozy, quiet getaway. '

'Friendly staff, good location and clean hotel. Breakfast was disappointing. Mattress needed replacing and the a/c sounded like a prop plane cutting in and out all night. When the a/c wasn’t making noise, the noise from the next room was clear until 1am. Rooms need better sound proofing.'
