'Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought. 'The property is brand new and very well designed. We stayed in one of bigger tents with a small pool. The beds are soft but not too soft and the inside and the outside of the tent is cosy and comfortable. Due to a heatwave the temperatures were very high. I never appreciated an aircon until now.
