A fully equipped kitchen: 3 induction hobs, large oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, food processor, toaster, kettle, raclette grill, and 3 coffee makers: filter, Dolce Gusto, and L'Or Espresso.

A dining area with a large table, benches, and chairs.

A lounge area with a corner sofa and smart TV.

- A bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed.

- A shower room: walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, and hairdryer.

- A separate toilet with a hand basin.

On the first floor:

- A bedroom with one 160x200 cm bed.

- A bedroom with three 90x200 cm beds and one 140x190 cm sofa bed.

- A bedroom with three 90x200 cm beds.

- A bathroom: whirlpool bathtub, double washbasin, heated towel rail, hairdryer, washing machine, and dryer. Towels and bathrobes are provided. Access to the apartment's private sauna is via a small walkway.

- A separate toilet.

The bedrooms have blinds on the Velux windows and electric roller shutters, depending on their configuration.
